Chapter 24 - The Past

Ven's POV

"K-Kaden. *sobs*"

"Shhh. You're ugly when you cry. You don't look like a Goddess." I secretly smiled. I playfully hit his arm. Tss, just the typical Kaden. He always makes me smile.

"I never looked ugly."

"Except right now?" This jerk.

I realized that he's hugging me, out of shockness I pushed him a bit to free out of the hug.

"Yaah!, that's chancing." >\\\\\>

He just chuckled seeing me blush ... Tss.

"So mind if you tell me why you we're crying?"

"*sigh* Let's ride the ferris wheel."

I pulled him infront of the ride, good thing there's no line.

We're at the top when I decided to talk.

"He said I'm a tramp." - I was in the urge of crying but I tried my best not to cry.

"What?! Who did?! Does he know how hard I am trying just to make you smile?! And he just makes you cry?! Who is he?! Im gonna beat him up." for some reason my heart beated fast and I felt butterflies in my stomach. Err? Okay what is this feeling.

"You don't need to beat him up. I already slapped him. Besides, he's not worth your fist. *chuckles*"

"You're still not telling me who he is." He said with a serious tone.

"You really want to know? Fine, I don't know if you know him though. His name is, Sheen." I don't know why it's suddenly hard to say his name. tss.

"Sh-Sheen?" - He said, it's actually more of a question.

"Hmm." - Does he know him? or he knows someone else with the same name?

"Sheen." He whispered.

" Why, you know him?" - I asked.

"*smirk* Ex-bestfriend." Ehh?! Ex bestfriends?!

" What?!" - I was really shocked and curious, like how did their friendship end?

"What? Is it that surprising?"

"Well, yeah. Mind if you tell me why you stopped being friends?"

"Long story."

"I have alot of time?"

"Fine, after we get off this ride and let's get something to eat. I'm starving." He pouted. Haha he's so cute. I just smiled at him.

" Fine."

We got off the ride and look for somewhere to eat. The fair has some food stands, he bought large fries and 2 coke.

We sat on the bench near the stand and started to eat.

"Now talk." Hehe I'm not that excited.

"*chuckles* A'right." And he started his story.

Kaden's POV

*flashback*

(two years ago)

"Hey dudes, Sup!" Sheen greeted.

"Still drop dead hot as ever." They're used to me praising myself. We've been bestfriends since what feels like forever and no one can tear us apart, no one can ruin our friendship. Were gangsters too.

"You mean, still self conceited. Hahaha!" Matt said. They both laughed.

"You guys are still jealous about how I am hotter than both of you."

"Not a chance, we all know I'm the hottest. You guys are not even close to hot. Hahaha!" Sheen said. After we laughed our *ss off we went to our classes. All of us are in the same section.

"Class we have a new student. Please come in and introduce yourself." The teacher said. Transferee? The school year's about to end well not really like 4 months left. If ever she's a girl, I wish she's hot.

A girl entered our classroom, she's actually... pretty.

"Hello! ^__^ I'm Ariana Rie Aleon , but you can call me Ara. Hope we can get along." - Hmm, even her name is pretty.

"Hmm. You can sit beside Sheen, right over there." The teacher pointed at the desk beside Sheen. She immediately went to the desk and sat there.

The class ended and it's lunch break. We went to the cafeteria, and looked for a table. We waited for Sheen and he arrived with Ara and they're both laughing.

"There you guys are. This is Ara, she's our new classmate, Ara this is Kaden and Matt."

"Bonjour." I took her hand and kissed the back of it, I saw her blushed. I chuckled. I found it, cute.

"Beware of him, his a Playboy. By the way nice to meet you." - then Matt took her hand and shook it. I just laughed at him.

2 months have passed and we became closer to Yana, I decided to call her Yana since everyone calls her Ara and Ariana is too long. I got Yana from Ar-iana. I fell for her without a warning. One day, Me, Sheen and Matt went for a race. I told them how I felt for Yana, and they felt the same. We fell for the same girl. We told each other to stop our feelings and make our friendship our priority. But one day we heard a news that Sheen is courting Yana. We confronted him but he just said.

"Mind your own business."

And with that, we separated ways. Our gangster group was gone, we didn't talked to each other and made our moves to win Yana's heart.

Then one day, we asked her to choose between the three of us. In the end she didn't choose, instead she left all of us, she left the country.

*end of flashback*

I told Ven everything, except Yana's

name since I don't think she knows her and it's really not important.

Ven's POV

So that's how? That was a lame reason to break their friendship. Tsss, I didn't know Sheen can do that.
