I was in front of bright lights and cameras once again, just as I had been before I started on this journey. A woman was hooking a mic to Aubrey's sweatshirt and he looked over giving me a smile. My body was tense and my stomach was a bundle of nerves. A local news interview was one thing, but we had a line of people outside of this room waiting for their turn to talk to us -- to Aubrey anyway. Journalists from Vogue, GQ, MTV, BET, Paper Magazine, and a bunch of other publications were standing outside waiting for their turn for an interview.

The room was draped in black curtains, there was a huge version of the concert poster behind us which I had never seen before. A very nice profile view of Aubrey's face and a teeny photo of me in the bottom corner. You'd find me if you were looking for it.

"Calm down." Aubrey said shaking my knee with a chuckle.

"I'm trying." I said taking a deep breath.

"Vogue is here." The woman said after finishing setting up the mic.

In came a young woman with huge glasses and a bun on her head, skinny, frail, and extremely bashful looking.

"Emma Donavon from Vogue." She said lowly without making eye contact.

When she finally looked up she stared at me curiously.

"This is my tour mate, Moriah James, she's opening for all of the shows." Aubrey quickly added.

Her face lit up a bit.

"Oh, everyone's been talking about you. This is wonderful." She said.

She pulled out her tape recorder and began with Aubrey first. Asking what people should expect from the show, what inspired the album, and lastly, what was happening in his love life.

"Uhh." Aubrey laughed shyly. "There's someone." He blushed a little.

He was still quite the actor. I decided to noticeably  blush and pretended to hide a smile. By the look in Emma's eyes she had caught my expression.

"Oh, oh wait -- " She said before being cut off.

"Time!" The woman holding the door said, waving Emma out.

"Just one more question!" She said with pleading eyes to Aubrey.

"Sorry, long line." Aubrey smiled apologetically.

Emma gathered her things and walked backwards out of the room, taking in me and Aubrey with eyes full of wonder.

"What was here deal?" Aubrey said, taking a sip of water.

"I have no clue." I said with a smile.

In and out many other reporters came, I made sure to obviously flirt at the end of each interview as soon as the woman managing everything was ready to call time. Aubrey flashed curious eyes at me after every interview, always about to say something but the next reporter always came rushing in saving me just in time.

The woman came back in the room, this time with the camera crew behind her.

"This is Showbiz Tonight, they'll be recording for a segment this evening." she said trying not to trip over wires as she went back to the door.

An actual TV interview, this was it. The hints weren't going to be good enough, I had to go all or nothing.

The reporter came in, a lady who looked familiar to me, from TV I'm sure. She was a black woman with neat hair pulled back in a bun.

"Nischelle Turner with HLN, Showbiz Tonight." She said stretching out a hand for Aubrey to shake.

Afterwards, she turned to me.
