Young Justice is a team of younger super-heroes and side-kicks who fight crime together separately from their adult counterparts. The team was founded by Impulse, Robin and Superboy although they would go on to a much greater expanded membership. They were disbanded during Titans/Young Justice: Graduation Day and the former members would eventually move on to become the new Teen Titans. Young Justice was created by Todd DeZago and Todd Nauck, first appearing in Young Justice: The Secret #1. (1998)

Graduation Day is a Titans and Young Justice crossover written by Judd Winick and illustrated by Alé Garza. This ends both formations of these teams, following the conclusions to their respective series' Titans and Young Justice. However, both groups evolve as the Titans become the new Outsiders and Young Justice become the new Teen Titans (Tim Drake-lead). Two new series spin out of this, Winick's Outsiders begins in the Looking for Trouble storyline and Geoff Johns begins his Teen Titans series in A Kid's Game.
