You realized that you liked Harry after talking with him on the Hogwarts Express along with Ron to Hogwarts during first year.

Ron:
You realized that you liked Ron after a few days of meeting him and becoming friends.

Draco:
You realized you liked Draco the day your mom and you talked about that now that you were getting older, you might start "feeling like you all you want to do is kiss him - or her, I guess" as your mother's exact words. You were 10 years old then.

You realized that you liked Neville when you got your acceptances to Hogwarts and you looked at him, smiled one of your biggest smiles ever, and then it hit you like "I-I-I think I like-like Neville."
