Unfortunately before we get to the fun stuff, there are rules and requirements to be apart of this team. Nothing big, but just to ensure your commitment to helping out, and that you'll be easily kept in the loop on what's happening.
1. Be active!
This is one of the major rules. If you're a part of this team, we're depending on you to be up to date, and doing your job. If you don't want to do your job well...I doubt you'd be applying.
2. You must have a google hangouts and be on it often/receive notifications on a mobile device!
This is going to be our main way of communication for all things related to this account, so if you don't have one I'm afraid we won't be able to accept you.
3. Be a decent writer.
We're here to help other Harry Potter lovers, but how can we do that if we don't have knowledge about writing? Obviously you won't be perfect, but at least have a good understanding of what you're talking about.
4. Have people skills.
Again, we're here to help. But if people who have authority lose their temper very easily, what will this positive community become? Also it'll help if you know how to give constructive criticism that isn't abrupt.
5. Be at least a teenager in age.
If you're younger you aren't supposed to be on this platform anyways, but this is to ensure you've already received basic education, and that you're responsible enough to be in charge.
6. Manage what you need to do.
As the school year's beginning again, please be able to manage your time well and set aside special time to do your job on this account. Or if you have work, make sure you'd still have time to help out each day after you get home, or before you leave in the morning.
7. Follow this account!
If you're going to be committed to being a part of this team, the first step is a simple follow. It isn't asking for much, and we'd really appreciate it! (Everyone who's accepted gets a follow from us!)
We're going to try to get as many people involved in this team as we can, but there is a limit. Even if you aren't accepted please don't just unfollow and leave this place. You can still help many other authors through the different books on this account!
