Strange Feelings Chapter 3

The next day, Sonic was back to normal and he slowly woke up and noticed that you were sleeping in his arms. Sonic smiled, blushes a little and picked you up.

He took you home and placed you on the bed. Sonic decided to go have breakfast. Sonic walked towards the kitchen and began to make breakfast.

"Where were you last night?" Sonic turned around and saw Shadow.

"What are you doing here Shadow?"

"I live here."

"I mean what are you doing here in the kitchen?"

"I'm about to make breakfast now answer my question. Where were you last night?"

"I...uh...went on a mission."

"In the middle of the night?"

"Uh...yup!"

"Was Y/N with you because I went to check on her and she wasn't in bed last night."

"Yeah. She was with me."

"Alright." Shadow grabbed his breakfast and walked away.

"That was close." Sonic said as he grabbed his breakfast and walked upstairs. Soon, he accidentally bumped into Tails making him drop his things.

"Oops. Sorry Tails." Sonic said as Tails picked up his things.

"It's alright. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. How are you Sonic? I haven't seen you in a while. Are you feeling ok?"

"Y-Yeah. I'm great!"

"Alright but if anything if bothering you, let me know ok?"

"Ok. Bye Tails."

"Bye Sonic." Sonic walks towards his bedroom to eat. Later that day, you walked towards Sonic's room and knocked on his door. Sonic opened the door and saw you.

"Hey Y/N. Come on in."

"Thanks Sonic." Y/N said as you walked inside.

"You're welcome." Sonic said as he closed the door.

"So what's up?" Sonic asked.

"I wanted to check on you Sonic. I understand that this is new to you and I want to help you. "

"I'm fine now Y/N. I don't think anything else bad is going to happen."

"I know but what if something does happen? I don't know what I would do if something horrible happened to you." Sonic held your hands gently making you look at him. You blushed a little as he gave you a small smile.

"I'll be fine. I been through many dangers before but we always have each others backs. I care about you a lot. You're my best friend." You smiled and hugged him.

"Thanks Sonic."

"You're welcome." You both hugged each other for a while until Sonic pulled away. You both blushed madly.

"Hey...um...do you want to hang out with me today? I want to make up for leaving all the time." Sonic said.

"I would love to hang out with you."

"Great! Let's go!"

"Ok." You and Sonic got up and left the house. You and Sonic were walking outside.

"So what do you want to do Sonic?" You noticed that Sonic was holding a picnic basket.

"Wanna go on the picnic? I come prepared." Sonic said.

"Sure."

"I know the perfect place." You and Sonic arrived at the garden.

"This place is lovely." Y/N said.

"It sure is." Sonic said as he sat down. Sonic takes the food out.

"Everything looks delicious Sonic."

"Thanks. I made it myself."

"Cool. I'm so happy to spend time with you again."

"Me too." Sonic look at you and blushed. You blushed as well and began to eat.

*Thinks* "She's so pretty. Wait what?"

"Are you ok Sonic?"

"I'm fine."

"Ok."

*Thinks* "What is this feeling? I've never felt this way before." Sonic looked at you again and blushed again. Sonic began to think to himself.

*Thinks* She's amazing but there's something about her that makes my heart go crazy but what is it?" You moved closer to Sonic and hugged him. Sonic blushed as he hugged you back. Sonic began to think to himself.

*Thinks* "Why do I feel so warm when she's around?" Through out the whole day, you and Sonic had been spending time together and Sonic kept having these strange feelings whenever he's around you.

Soon the sun was setting and you both ran towards the forest and Sonic transformed. He screamed in pain but soon all of the pain went away.

"Are you ok Sonic?"

"I'm ok."

"Thanks for hanging out with me today. It was the best day ever."

"You're welcome." You gave him a small kiss on the cheek making him blush. You blushed as well and you begin to snuggle him. Sonic smiled and snuggles you.

*Thinks* "I don't know why but whenever I'm around Y/N, I feel more happier than usual. What is this feeling and what does it mean?" You and Sonic soon fell asleep in each others arms on the soft grass.
