Strange Side Effects Chapter 4

The next day, Sonic was walking down the hallway when suddenly, he had this itch near his leg.

Instead of using his hands, he started to bite it roughly. Suddenly, Silver came by and saw this.

"Uh...Sonic?" Sonic look at Silver and widen his eyes as he slowly let go of his leg.

"Oh uh...h-hey Silver."

"What were you doing?"

"I was...just...trying to itch my leg." Sonic chuckled nervously. Silver was just standing there confused.

"Uh...ok? Hey listen, have you seen Blaze today?"

"No but I'll let you know if I..." Suddenly, he started growling at his tail and started to chase it. When he realized that Silver was still there, he quickly stopped.

"S-Sorry about that." Sonic said.

"I'm uh...going to see what Cream's up to." Silver said as he walled away.

"What's happening to me? Why am I acting so weird?" Sonic shook his thoughts away and walked downstairs.

Sonic grabbed some snacks from the kitchen and then walked towards the living room. He sat down and turned on the TV.

Sonic began to relax for a while as he was eating his snacks. Suddenly, Sonic saw Blaze in the kitchen and looked at her.

Suddenly, his vision was starting to make it look like that Blaze was regular cat. Sonic began to bark at her loudly.

Blaze screamed loudly and then she threw a fire ball at him. Sonic screamed in pain as his vision returned to normal.

"What was that for!?" Sonic yelled.

"Me?! You were the one who was barking like a dog at me!" Sonic froze from his spot as he heard what she said.

"I'm so sorry."

"Are you ok?"

"I'm ok. I just need some rest."

"Alright." Blaze walked away while Sonic sat down in a dog position on the couch. Shadow looked at him confused.

"What are you doing?" Shadow asked.

"Just sitting."

"In a dog position?"

"Uh...yup."

"You're an idiot." Suddenly, Sonic started to growl at the table and then he destroys the table. Shadow ran towards him and grabs him.

"What is wrong with you!?" Sonic  looked down.

"I-I don't know. I think I need to lay down." Sonic said as Shadow let go of him. Sonic walked upstairs and closed the door. Later, you walked downstairs and saw Shadow cleaning the mess Sonic made.

"Shadow? What happened here?" Y/N asked.

"Sonic attacked the table and destroyed it and I'm just cleaning his mess because obviously he can't do it himself. He's acting like an animal."

"I'll go talk to him." You walked upstairs while Shadow continued to clean Sonic's mess. You walked towards Sonic's door and knocked on the door.

When there was no answer, you tried again, there was still no answer. You decided to just open yourself.

When you did, you saw Sonic biting on the curtains and growling like a crazy animal. You were shocked to see Sonic like this.

"Sonic?"

"THIS IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! Oh it's just you Y/N. Come in and close the door." You nodded and closed the door. Sonic sighs and hid his face in shame. You sat down next to Sonic.

"Sonic? Are you ok?"

"No. I think I'm losing control of my werehog form."

"How can that be? You're a hedgehog and it's not even dark yet."

"What I mean is that my werehog form is trying to take over both of my forms. Who knows what will happen if I transform tonight." Suddenly, Sonic looked at the window and saw a chipmunk.

Sonic began to bark at it. The chipmunk got scared and ran away. Sonic soon realized what he did and hid his face in shame again. You felt so bad for Sonic.

"Don't worry Sonic. We'll figure something out. Maybe Tails can help us."

"No! I can't let Tails or anyone else find out."

"Then what do we do?"

"Maybe tonight I can go to Eggman's lair and find something that can cure me."

"I'll come with you."

"No. I don't want you to get hurt."

"Sonic. Please?" Sonic looked into your eyes and blushed. To him, she had the most beautiful eyes. She looked fabulous to him. Sonic blushed madly thinking about this.

"Alright but if anything happens, I'm sending you home."

"Thanks Sonic." You gave him a kiss on the cheek making him blush madly. You giggled slightly when you saw his tail wagging.

Sonic tried to hide his tail but he couldn't. He liked that kiss a lot and it was making him happy. You smiled and hugged him while Sonic hugged back with a smile.

Y/N: Shadow now is not a good time.
Shadow: Why do you guys keep running off?
Eggman: If you want the cure, you have to work for me forever.
Shadow: What are they up to?
