그다지달지않은집 - Home not so sweet home

We arrived quicker than I expected. Judging by the fact that the car ride only took 15 minutes, I can safely say that the orphanage isn't exactly far away. "We're home!" said Mr. Jeon.

Jung-hyun led me out of the car as I heard Jungkook mutter something about being a stupid cripple. It doesn't bother me anymore, those comments. I've heard those type of things all the time while at the orphanage. Everything was blurry but I could make out the height of the house and to be honest, it was quite big. "You like it?" Jung-hun asked with a hint of excitement in his voice. I've always had a soft spot for people who are excited by the circumstances and completely forget about my disability. I never had the courage to bring them down to Earth.

"Hyung, he's blind. How the fuck would he be able to see the house?" Jungkook scoffed.

"Language!" His mother reminded.

I felt Jung-hyun's grip loosen as to say that he realized his mistake. "Oh. . . yeah. Sorry." He mubled. I smiled. "No, its alright. Don't worry about it. It actually seems quite big." He hummed as a response and led me inside the house. The minute Jung-hyun opened the door, I felt a wave of heat against my skin and I have to say, I've never felt something as refreshing as this. During the winter, the heater would break down from time to time and the only thing that could keep us warm were thin blankets and each other's arms. It took me a while to climb up the staircase (because I was afraid that I would trip and fall) but eventually, I made it. We walked down a hall and enetred a room. "Why the hell are there 2 beds in my room?" Jungkook asked. I was startled but not enough to make me jump. "Oh, I forgot to tell you. Since you've been sleeping over at Namjoon's place for the week, I didn't get a chance to tell you."

"Get to the point."

"You and Taehyung are gonna share a room."

"What?!" Jungkook exclaimed. I was about to as well but I bit my tounge and remained silent. "Why couldn't he sleep in your room?"

Yeah, why couldn't I sleep in your room?

"You know my room is too small."

I mean, I guess that makes sense. . . .

"That doesn't make sense! You could have given him a sleeping bag." He argued.

"Now why would I give our new family member a sleeping bag?"

Jungkook groaned in frustration and stormed out of the room. Sadly, he didn't forget to slam the door loudly to make it obvious that he hated the situation.

Jung-hyun exhaled deeply. "I'm sorry about him. He's not that bad once you get to know him. It'll just . . . . take some time, you know?" I nodded my head. "Yeah. I know what you mean." He nodded his head and clapped his hands.

"Alright. Let's get started, shall we?"
