Jungkook took a shaky breath in and walked in the opposite direction of his heart's desire. He had to calm himself and confirm some speculations. He climbed back into the lift and went straight up to the CEO’s office.

“Jackson, your partner in this company are the Kims right?” Jungkook asked, without a formal greeting as he stepped into the office.

“Yes they are and nice to meet you after so long Jungkook” Jackson said rolling his eyes. He then got up and hugged Jungkook.

After all they've met after years, because Jackson was sent to handle business outside of South Korea. Thus being oblivious to his friend's life. Not that he'd tell him everything even if he was present.

“Yeah, so is their son Taehyung?” Jungkook asked after hugging back, his mind all into finding out about his doubts.

“Yes he is. He's the managing director here. Why are you interested in him though?” Jackson asked fully confused at his friend's behaviour.

“I want his bio. Where is lives and all that” Jungkook said pacing around, trying to calm himself.

His whole body screamed at him to run down and drag Jimin back home with him.

But, he now knows that's a very wrong thing to do. Furthermore, Jimin looked absolutely happy to him. Never has he seen Jimin so happy when he was with him.

As much as Jungkook still craves Jimin, he wants him to be happy. Even if it meant staying without his Angel by his side.

“Oookay, just don't kill this one kay? He's good at his job” Jackson said sitting at his desk, typing away at his computer.

He printed out a page and handed to Jungkook, who snatched it immediately as if it was the last remaining snack in the middle of an apocalypse.

“Cancel the meeting, I'll sign the deal right away” Jungkook said, pulling his pen out.

He can't go into this meeting, because then Taehyung will see him. And probably inform Jimin about his arrival, and they both might run. He wants to surprise them, especially Jimin.

Whether that surprise will be civil or horrific, that's for you to find out.

“Well, time saving for me” Jackson said, pulling out the required files from his desk drawer and Jungkook immediately signed them.

“Don't mention the name Jeon when announcing who's funding you” he said, pocketing his pen.

“Alright. But care to explain what the fuck is going on here?” Jackson looked at him, completely bewildered at Jungkook's weird orders.

“I'll explain later, I have to go now” Jungkook muttered and walked away without saying proper goodbye.

“Well, whatever” Jackson muttered to himself as he saw his friend's retreating back.

Jungkook opened the page once he was in the lift and read Taehyung's details. He whizzed past uninteresting details and his eyes widened when he read one bit of the paper.

Marital status: Married.

Spouse: Kim Jimin.

Children: A Son.

His legs suddenly refused to hold him up and his guards, who's presence he didn't notice until now held both his arms, preventing him from falling on to the lift floor.
