"i'm fuckin' in love with jinyoung, please help me."

mark chuckled and opened the door wider, letting yugyeom step inside. the kid towered over him as always, too tall for his innocent pout and cute movements.

"so, you're finally admitting it", mark teased, raising an eyebrow. the two collapsed on his couch and yugyeom gave mark an exasperated look.

"c'mon, every one already knows, it's so obvious."

mark laughed. "that's true. so what do you need help with? not that i'll be much help."

yugyeom sighed deeply. "i guess i should start from the beginning." mark listened intently as yugyeom began. "at the pool party, i was really stupid and i kissed jinyoung."

mark gasped, eyes widening and covering his mouth with a hand. yugyeom slapped him on the arm lightly. "shut up."

"i didn't say anything!", mark cackled and yugyeom shook his head, a shy smile on his lips.

"point is, jinyoung got super pissed at me over it, and it turns out it was his first kiss."

"are you fucking serious?", mark asked. this was more entertaining than any drama or anime.

"yes", yugyeom sighed. "so then i went on a stupid double date with bambam, chris, and felix, so bambam and chris could get together. but guess who our server was?"

"no", mark gasped. yugyeom nodded wildly.

"jinyoung. he was super pissed at that and we said some things and that's when i yelled at bambam in the restaurant, which you know was crazy." yugyeom paused and mark nodded for him to continue. "so anyway, i apologized to jinyoung and he said he would forgive me if i did his laundry for a month. then, i went over yesterday and it was just like normal, but the thing is, i don't want it to be normal! i want to kiss him again so bad, but i don't know what to do. like, how do i ask him out?"

mark sat back, chewing on his lip. "hmm. well, you know what's super romantic?"

"what?", yugyeom asked eagerly.

"if you just, like, grab him suddenly and push him against the wall and kiss him", mark replied, eyes shining. yugyeom deflated, shoulders dropping.

"i'm a bottom, you think i have that kind of confidence? plus, this isn't a drama."

"first of all, you're definitely a power bottom", mark corrected. "and second of all, it's romantic! just kiss him. he probably likes you back."

"oh yeah, i forgot to mention that", yugyeom said. "he said he likes me too."

"dude!", mark screeched, shaking yugyeom. "so what's stopping you?! you both like each other, you're just waiting for someone to take the first step!"

yugyeom laughed and pried mark's hands off of him. "okay, okay. i'll try it."

mark smiled proudly. "good."

"and what about you and jaebum?"

"what about me and jaebum?"

"don't play stupid with me!", yugyeom replied, slapping mark on the arm once again. mark pouted and rubbed the red spot.

"okay, so i like him", mark said, tilting his head to the side lazily. "well, maybe i don't just like him. god, i think i might be in love."

"no shit", yugyeom grinned. mark rolled his eyes, smiling.

"so what do i do? like, i keep trying to make moves but none of them work! i've flirted, i've called our 'stuff' dates, i've even asked him about kissing me! none of it works." mark pouted, folding his arms over his chest. yugyeom giggled slightly, covering his mouth with a hoodie-covered arm.

"dude, he's shy", yugyeom said. mark raised an eyebrow.

"what do you mean?"

"he's so fucking whipped for you, you literally just need to tell him to kiss you and he will! he just wants your permission, so he knows you like him back, and he'll do it."

mark bit his lip, thinking. maybe yugyeom was right. maybe he just needed to validate his feelings to jaebum.

"shit, my mom just texted me telling me i need to come home", yugyeom said, looking down at his phone. mark snapped out of his daze.

"oh, you can go then", he replied. yugyeom smiled gratefully and they said their goodbyes, mark turning his eyes back to his lap once the door had shut. maybe it was time he finally did it.

he grabbed his phone, opening his dm's up to the user deffsneff.
