Norman pulled up to his house and carried his box inside. The second he opened his door, his cat, Sunny immediely ran to him and meowed. Norman chuckled, that cat could put a smile on his face faster than an RC Cola could, so he set his box on a table, stooped down and picked her up, petting her. He knew she was putting up a ruse. Her true goal was to get some food from the table, and maybe a nick of Norman's tea, she was quite the clever cat. His thoughts were interupted when a knock at the door sounded. Odd, no one ever came to his door. Norman opened it and looked outside. A man stood on his porch wearing a purple suit with a blue tie, and holding a clipboad. Norman disliked him on sight, thinking he was just another annoying salesman trying to sell a vaccum. The man took a moment before he began to talk.

Man: "Good Afternoon sir!"

Norman sighed "Hi.."

The man then resumed talking.

"I'm here today, to inform you, that due to your talents, you have been offered a job from the ADHOC corperation!"

Norman raised an eyebrow. This seemed...odd. He gets fired and now only 23 minutes later he's offered a job? "

Norman: "ADHOC....ADHOC.....to be honnest i've never heard of it."

The man chuckled. "That's why ADHOC wants you! To advertise our products and give ADHOC some publicity."

Norman felt troubled by this. This company was offsetting....but hey? Live and learn. "Okay. When do i start?"

The man smiled. "You start next tuesday, all you needs to do is to take a ferry out to the island of Inkwell, and head to ADHOC's building, you can't miss it, it's the big blue building."

The man turned and walked away. Norman watched as he drove in his brown jeep. Once his car was out of sight he shut the door then went and pulled a suitcase down from the top of his closet. After he'd packed a few bags, he picked up Sunny's cat bed, put it in his car with the suitcase then took Sunny and put her in the cat bed in the front seat. He took a moment to take one last look at his house, thinking that he'd be back to it in about a few months.

Little did he know, that'd be the last time he ever see it.
