It was still dark, when Changbin left his house to go to the bus station.
He always left earlier than he would have to - because there was a boy, waiting at the same bus station, and he wanted to talk to him.
But he never had the courage to tap onto his shoulder and say a simple 'hi'.
He was always seconds away to just do it - but either he was too shy in the next second or the bus arrived.
And the headphones in the boy's ears also let Changbin hesitate - he didn't want to disturb him.
It wasn't any different this day.
The little stones under his shoes crunched with every step he took.
But the other boy didn't notice it, of course. He had his headphones in and was still half asleep.
He looked cute.
The way his eyes almost closed every time he blinked, or how his head fell forward a little when his eyes closed made Changbin want to put the other boy's head onto his shoulder so he could take a nap.
He would let him sleep on his shoulder for as long as he wanted to - just so he can adore his face a little longer.
A small smile formed on Changbin's lips when the other boy sighed quietly and kicked away a stone from the pavement.
He looked like a small kid, that didn't want to go to school that early.
Changbin wondered, what the orange haired boy's name was.
Or how old he was - he looked quite young, but his facial features screamed 'handsome'.
And where in god's name did he get those freckles? They were absolutely adorable on him - as if someone had dropped a bucket full of stars on his face.
Changbin wanted to kiss every single freckle and tell him how beautiful he was - but he was too shy to even say 'hi' so he could forget that completely.
The raven haired boy was lost in his thoughts when the bus arrived.
He had his hand reached out for the other boy's shoulder again, but it was too late.
He had already entered the bus.
The bus driver looked annoyed and the raven haired boy hurried inside the bus.
Changbin stumbled inside the bus, aimimg for the backseat - he always managed to sit a row behind the other boy, who was always sitting a row before the last row.
Call him creepy, but the way the raven haired boy looked at the other boy, with pure adoration in his eyes, was cute.
He would watch the orange haired boy dozing off until they were at school, where he suddenly sits up straight, lets the bones in his neck crack and leaves the bus.
You could see he was still sleepy, but he flashed a smile as soon as he saw one of his friends waiting for him outside the school building.
He greeted everyone with a simple handshake and put his headphones away. He looked like someone, who easily made friends - a social butterfly.
And a beautiful one too.
Changbin would never be able to be friends with him - at least, that was what he thought.
The raven haired boy was still watching him walk away and didn't notice that he was the last kid on the bus, until the bus driver yelled at him from his seat in the front.
"Hey, you! Stop daydreaming and get out of the bus!"
The loud voice of the bus driver startled Changbin and he stumbled out of the bus, almost falling out. Sometimes he was a bit clumsy - especially when he was flustered.
He mumbled a quiet 'sorry' and bit his lip, as his cheeks blushed a bit.
Why was he so fascinated by the other boy?
It was just a random boy.
A very handsome boy, to be honest.
"Changbin!"
One of Changbin's friends called his name and he looked up again.
The freckled boy had disappeared - but suddenly another boy was standing im front of Changbin.
Hwang Hyunjin.
Changbin blinked a few times.
Why did he feel disappointed?
"Can't you be someone else?", he mumbled and sighed heavily.
"What did you say?", Hyunjin asked and put his arm lazily around his friends shoulder.
Changbin stayed quiet.
"Hyung, you've been distracted very often lately. What are you thinking about so much?"
The raven haired boy panicked a bit and looked to the side.
"N-nothing!"
"Are you sure?", Hyunjin teased him and looked into the direction of the freckled boy.
Changbin got nervouse and dragged Hyunjin into the other direction.
"Yes, I am", Changbin said quietly, "so could you please stop staring at random people? It's embarrassing."
"Why is that embarrassing, Hyung?"
"B-because people stare back at you...and then they see me. I don't like attention and you know that. So please stop it..."
Changbin has always been a little jealous of Hyunjin.
The taller boy was really handsome, friendly and not socially awkward like Changbin.
He was the complete opposite of Changbin - according to him.
A deep sigh escaped Hyunjin's lips and he looked at his friend.
"Well...a little bit attention of a certain someone wouldn't be so bad, huh?"
"I n-never said I liked him!", Changbin defended himself and crossed his arms.
"So it's him?" Hyunjin grinned and pointed into the direction of the freckled boy. He had never asked Changbin, if he liked someone.
And the raven haired boy just told him about the boy by himself.
Changbin blushed madly, when he realised what had just said and stared at the floor.
"I said it's nothing...", he whispered and went into the school building, leaving a giggling Hyunjin behind.
