"Run," he said in a whisper.

I snapped.
"No," I wanted to show them I was committed as the new member and that I wouldn't ditch them for anything. Not even if I was going to be attacked by crazy fans.
"Stop," I whispered as the crowd grew closer and larger.
"Stop!" I said more forcefully, catching their attention. "Please respect them," I blocked Joon as they ignored me and tried to move towards the makanae line.
"Are you deaf?! You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this when you know that it is a thing that's looked down on in the community," I say in a stern voice.
"Hey, are you recording this b*tch?" A girl asked her friend in Korean.
"Yeah. We gonna expose her," I ignored them but I saw the guilt on their faces.
"Yeah, you don't even deserve to be apart of the army if you don't respect your beloved group as people. Please let them through, and no touching, please," I asked politely. As soon as I was done with my "speech," the girls split to make a path for us. I felt Joon hold my hand and the action took me by surprise. I smiled at him before quickly leading the way for everyone else. The voices started up again, now everyone was chattering in hushed whispers, scared of me.
"Hey Min-Ji," RM called me as we were unloading the cart.
"Yeah," I answered.
"Thanks for uh, taking care of the crazy fans," I smiled.
"You're welcome,"
"It's just that no one's really done that before and I think it's cool that you addressed the issue," he flashed me a look the melted my heart. I was a little flustered. I didn't know how I would get through the day without blushing every time one of them are just near me.
"It's no big deal," I said. "Although, I'm not sure if they understood me,"
"Oh no, trust me they did. Here, kids have to learn English. It's too bad that your face will be on the internet before our official announcement, though," I snickered inwardly thinking of all the conspiracies about RM that would pop up on a sub Reddit somewhere about our relationship and something about a "secret girl" or aliens. Just thinking about it made me want to laugh.

After we got home, I received a couple more thank yous from the boys and the manager. Gee was living with us now too, so we all decided to decorate our rooms. We gathered our things and moved into one room. Hoseok switched out with me and into Jimin's room. Joon, Jin, and Yoongi were lucky because they got their own rooms. Me and Gee were living out our dream right now, so room assignments didn't matter. I even spent a night with Yoongi! (A whole night!) Granted, we were both just using each other as pillows, but it was pretty funny to see the pictures of us completely out of it.
At some point, I started helping Jimin unpack because I felt bad for leaving him for my new roomie. As I helped him, we made casual conversations.
"So I have a question," I started.
"What is it?" Jimin was talking to me in Korean. And then I realized there was no one else aroun

"You said your real age is 19, right? So how did you drink alcohol?"
"Simple, it was just water or flavored water. We never actually drank. Tae, Jungkook, RM and I faked our drunkness. The older hyungs were actually drunk," (In Korean) I nodded my head.
"Oh," I responded.
"Thanks for helping me. I think it's sweet," He smiled at me.
"Awwww, it's no problem," I replied, returning the iconic "Jimin" smile.
"So are you going to work on a song too?" I asked.
"Nope," I turned to him, surprised. "I'm gonna help you with your homework," I grinned. We shared a secret smile that only we had.

And so, after we unpacked and chatted into the evening, he helped me finish my "homework" or things from the academy. Later, he showed me his "secret garden," or the place he went for peace. The roof. We looked at the stars.
"Whoa, I've never seen so many stars in the city," I said, seeing the outline of his face. I could barely see, but the moonlight helped me.
"They're there," he told me. "You can barely see them, but they still exist," his face softened. I saw how much the mood had changed. He looked....sad.
"Are you okay?" I asked him.
"Oh yeah I'm fine," he didn't look very good. Even though it was dark, his silence told me the answer.
"Jimin, have you ever felt pain of losing the love in your life?" I asked.
"Yes....once," he reluctantly told me.
"Is that why you wrote 'Lie?' Because of that person?" I asked slowly.
"Partially. But I knew someone else would heal me....it doesn't matter, let's just watch with complete serendipity," he said 'serendipity' in English.
"Let's,"
