chapter one

Jaydens's POV

I'm in my last of period school and I can't wait do get out of this death trap. I usually walk home with ari and leah but today will be a little diffrent. I'm going to be walking home walking home with my new girlfriend grace.

I told ari to meet me at my house with leah because I needed to tell them something. I wanted to tell them I got a girlfriend but I didn't know how to tell them so I needed the time in school to think about it. I never pay attention anyways but I still get A's and B's.

As I was thinking the bell rang. I rushed out the door and ran to my locker to put my stuff away and grab my phone. I turned it on to ask ari if she was still comming to my house with leah.

Me: hey ari are you still comming to my house today???

Ari: yeah but I have after school detention😂

Me: what did you do this time...

Ari: I threw a bunch of pencils at the teacher😏

Me: of corse you did 😒 when will you be out??

Ari: it's only a half an hour I'll be there soon.

Me: ok bye. Make sure to bring leah!

Ari: ok I will bye.

As I was walking away from my locker someone jumps on my back. When they did a bunch of dark brown hair come into my face. Then I knew it was grace. I laughed and said "what are you doing" "I'm getting a piggy back ride from you so I don't have to walk, duh." She said while getting down. "Well then why did you get down" I said with a smile.
"Do you want me to get back on? "
"Nooo! "
"Ok then"

~Skip to house~

Grace's POV

As we arive at his house I start to wonder what would happen if his friends don't like me
"Jay" I say in a soft voice before he opens the door "what happens if your friends don't like me" "They will like you, I promise. "

As we enter the house I see Gil playing fort nite and hyper running up to us barking agressively. Gil turned around looking concerned and says "jay do something." So jay grabs hyper by the coler saying "no hyper, leave her alone." struggleing to hold him back. Gil sees jay struggleing so he got up and grabbed hyper to put him in his room.

I'm sorry he never does that to anyone." Jay says trying to comfort me. As we go to sit down I here a knock on the door. Jay gets up and answers it.

Jayden's pov

It's ari and leah. I wasn't expecting them to be here this early. Oh no what am I going to say to them about grace.

Jay: "What are you doing here."
Ari: "You told me to come here."
Jay: "Well..yeah..but.. "
Leah: "Who is this?" She says looking at grace
Jay "Ugh...thats the reason i told you to come here."
Leah: "what do you mean?"
Jay: "here come sit down. I wanted to tell you something."
Leah: "what is it. "
Jay: "........."
Ari: "jay what is wrong"
Jay: "well it's nothing bad it's just...im nervous to tell you."
Ari: "don't be. we are your friends just tell us."
Jay: "ok well... This is grace she is my new girlfriend."
