💮 Chapter 1 :: Flowers
It was mid afternoon in Newsey Shore Line in Bay City , New Jersey ..
The winds were fierce today .
It was refreshing since the final days of summer always had its fair share of nonstop heatwaves .
Luckily , the last three days were full of pouring rain , followed by loud angry thunder !
Margie Blotts , the care taker over at Wenchill Church just nearly few hours away from town was getting her regular array of fresh fruits downtown .
She encounters Rebecca Majors pulling off her sun hat revealing her beautiful blonde locks ..
" Aww that's soo much better dearie , young women should always keep their hair down never up !
The lord didnt create us to hide our beauty ! " she cides.
She knods in agreement .
It was nice seeing the old lady that somehow added excitement & mystery into her life .
Her neon iphone is blinking like crazy ..she laughs at herself forgetting that she accidentally had her ringer off ..
" Seriously Becca ?!
Why on earth would you keep your ringer off ?!
What if there was like an emergency & i needed you what then ?! "
demands her cousin Beth .
She was like a sister more than a cousin , sadly they both lost their moms over two years ago due to a stupid drunk driver !
To this day , he has never been convicted he somehow mysteriously vanished !
They were raised by their Aunt Karen .
She was a stunning woman , she looked like one of those Daytime actors from a Soap Opera !
" I forgot the ringer was off , anyways i just was talking with Margie when you called me ! " she says looking around but to her surprise ..
Margie was already gone ..
While walking up to her cozy little loft that coincidentally is above a bakery she just humms a little song in her head a tune of Tori Amos
' Sorta FairyTale ' gracing her lips
She is stunned by what awaits her a present outside her door , wrapped up like its Christmas !
Her curiosity piqued , she enters her apt quickly locking the door behind her almost in awe by what is inside the box a variety of fresh flowers in a cute white cotton cloth .. with a card hinting .. SEE YOU SOON !
