PERRIES POV

We sat in the little restaurant Jade next to me, Jesy and Leigh opposite and my mam at the head of the table. Jade looked at ease but still nervous, she hardly said anything unless she spoke to me or the waitress.

"So I take it your the Jade that was in bed with Perrie this morning then?" My mam smirked taking a sip of her diet coke. Jade blushed and kept her head down.

"Mam, you know it wasn't like that! You embarrassing her" I put my arm around her neck and put both hands on her shoulders.

"Sorry Jade I didn't mean like that way, but you know what I mean. I hope" she chuckled.

"I k-know what you m-mean D-Debbie" she stuttered smiling.

"Why do you keep stuttering sweetie? I don't bite" my mam asked and laughed light hearted at the end. Jade looked at me as if to ask me to talk.

"She's nervous mam, she isn't really used to being around many people or new people. Isn't that right jadey?" I rubbed her shoulder as she nodded her head.

"Are you a shy or socially awkward person?" She asked curiously, obviously wanting to get to know Jade better.

"W-well" she looked over at me, then Jesy and Leigh.

"You see, poor Jade here was homeless" Leigh explained. "But Perrie spoke to her the other week and bought her some food. When she came home she was really worried about her, even when she got up the next day she asked Jesy to make extra food for her, well Perrie can tell you the rest" she smiled over at me.

"Well when I gave her the food I asked her to come sit outside the coffee shop so I could keep her company on my break, which she was a bit weary of at first and still didn't say anything to me. So I went and sat with her on my break and gave her some biscuits and hot chocolates. Then on my way home I noticed she wasn't there anymore, I went to put my headphones in but luckily it wouldn't work. When I was walking I heard a scream someone running towards me, so I walked faster thinking I'd get attacked or something. But then someone screamed my name so I looked and it was poor jadey in floods of tears. Some drunk man had attacked her because she wouldn't sleep with him. So I brought her back to the flat and yeah, to sum things up she's a big shy teddy bear" I smiled at her as she did the same back.

"Aww Perrie! That's so sweet!" My mam smiled at me.

"She's an angel with no halo" Jesy smiled.

"Er my halos right here thank you" I joked.

"So Jade if you don't mind me asking, why were you homeless? You don't have to answer" my mam asked.

"W-well my m-mam kicked me o-out" she stuttered. I put my hand on her knee and she smiled at me.

"Why?" She asked a little shocked.

"B-because I told her I was g-gay" her stutter seemed to go away a little at that point.

"Oh sweetie! That's no reason to throw a child out" my mam said a little shocked.

"So now she lives with us" Leigh smiled.

"Jade, what did Perrie tell you about us when she brought you home?" Jesy asked. Jade was comfortable then so her stutter had gone, she was just a little quiet.

"She said 'stay behind me when we go in' and I was scared like not knowing what was going to happen, but she noticed and said and I quote 'I don't mean they're going to hurt you. It's just incase they're getting busy on the sofa'" she giggled, making my heart flutter.

"Perrie!" Leigh slapped my arm playfully over the table "that only happened once!"

"Twice" Jesy added smirking.
