Chapter 3 - The Date

Kaylee's POV -

I didn't think I was really ready for a date , I just got out of relationship , and I really wasn't ready for another one. Wait wait wait , I was over thinking things . Maybe they just wanted to go as friends . After all we had just met , they couldn't have liked us yet.

I decided to just go. I knew Kayleigh liked Matt, And I couldn't just ruin her date.

Nash was soooo cute. How could I pass up this date? I think it would mind off of Eric.

"Kaylee! What are you thinking about? Are you thinking about Nash?" I snapped out of my thoughts , A little scared.

"No No . I was thinking about something else." I tried to lie. But sheobviously knew I was.

"Come on. We need to get ready for the date. You look like a mess!"

I had already knew I did. We just woke up. We slept all day, And we gotta be ready in 2 hours. It usually takes us forever yo get dressed, so I grabbed some clothes and went to shower.

I didnt realise that 45 minutes had already passed until Kayleigh came knockingon the bathroom door yelling at me to get out.

I got out and wrapped my hair up in the towel, out on the clothes , and walked out the door. I was suprised to see her all dressed. She must have showered in my moms shower.

She already started heating up the curling wand so she could curl my hair . Like she always did. By the time she was done it was time to go! (I have really long hair, so it takes forever to curl) . We put on our nice Flats, And Headed out the door. To my suprise Nash and Matt were already at my house. Nash was driving so I sat up front with him, and Kayleigh sat in the back with Matt. They were all cuddled up back there.

As we were driving , Nash reached over to hold my hand. Eric never did that. It was new to me, And I kinda liked it.

Soon we arrived at the movie theater and I was suprised to see that we were buying tickets to see The Notebook. I didn't think they would wanna see that movie cause their guys . It was kinda cute that they did.

We were about an hour into the movie and I had started crying cause the movie was so sad. I think Nash noticed, cause he started to yawn, and the next thing I knew, His arm was around me. I noticed Matt did that to Kayleigh too. It was so adorable.

I looked over to find Nash staring at me with a cute little smile on his face. All I could do was blush.

When the movie ended we were all sitting out in the movie theater entrance talking.

"Hey, do you wanna, ya know, go out?" Nash asked asked me.

And Matt asked Kayleigh the same thing.

We couldn't believe what they just asked.. We were standing there like idiots, smiling.

"Well.. Um"
