Casey's POV

This is it.

It was time for battle, and I have waited so long for this.

I trained extra hard and extra long for my time to go off to battle.

It's not that I'm some sick person who wants to kill the enemy and bath in their blood or something, it's just that the enemies, are well enemies and what they have done was disgusting.

And being the daughter of the beta makes me more strong, even if I am a girl. (no sexism there)

I couldn't wait to march down that field and put the moonlight pack in their place. I can feel the excitement running down my spine. My inner wolf was just waiting to burst out.

Let me introduce you to myself.

I am Casey Hallaway, I am from the midnight pack. One the strongest and biggest pack in Australia, along with the moonlight pack unfortunately.

I am 18 years of age, daughter of Chris Hallaway. Aka the beta of the pack.

My dad grew up with the alpha when they were pups and soon became like brothers, they do almost everything together.

Even when my mum was pregnant and was giving birth, he was by the alpha's side instead of my mum's, not giving her support. My mums words.

I don't really know the alpha's name, I usually just role with alpha Blake. Since Blake is his last name.

And I have this awesome best friend named Ilah, it's pronounced as eyelah.

Ilah and I met in primary school and we have been best friends since, she thought that the friendship between my dad and alpha Blake was weird, but then she stopped thinking that when she realised our friendship was like that too.

But back to the story.

As I waited for the alpha's orders on what to do I stood there staring at the moonlight pack in disgust.

I can see them standing waiting patiently for someone to make the first move, as I stand on the large hill i turned to my dad who gave me a a slight nod, which I returned with a smirk.

I looked up to the alpha waiting for his command.

"Kill them" He roared

"Kill them all"

And with that we ran.

For some reason as I was running I feel this weird feeling in me, I don't know if its the adrenalin or something else but I don't know what.

I pushed that thought into the back of my mind and continued to run.

I brang out my claws and let my teeth sharpen out. I wanted the moonlight alpha dead but alpha Blake said he wanted to go for the killing.

My mother was at home resting because she was pregnant. My mum never liked these wars. She is a lover not a fighter, although I don't really understand how she can just act like everything is good. They did bad things and she just let it go, okay yeah sure its good to forgive but the moonlight pack.

Hell no I will never forgive them.

I tried to go for a certain target since it was alpha against alpha, but everyone was everywhere.

So I just decicded to try and harm anyone from the moonlight pack and try and defend my pack.

Although every single time I'm about to claw someone I get this weird tingling feeling.

I don't know what it is but as soon as this war is over, I'm going to find out.
