Casey's POV

It had been an hour after the war between the two packs had ended.

Both alphas had to stop and come to an agreement because there was too much dead bodies rather than alive ones, and both packs have lost a lot of bodies if you ask me.

While I was at the war I felt all tingly and stuff but when it ended and the two packs went different ways, it suddenly stopped.

Maybe it was adrenalin and excitement but I have a feeling it wasn't.

I wanted to go to the Luna of the pack, well as I like to call her the alpha female, but my father had told me that because the war ended with an agreement instead of one pack winning, the alpha wanted a distraction.

And that was all I needed to know to stop myself from going to the Luna.

The Luna of the pack, Bella Blake, I look up to her a lot.

She was very wise, and very beautiful. No one has ever disrespected her or challenged her in any way.

Not even the alpha whom is her mate. She was also best friends with my mother since they were pups, they too also grew up as well, and just like my father and the alpha, they were always by each others sides.

Since she was like my mother she was also against the war between the midnight pack, and the moonlight pack.

Her eyes were very mesmerising because once you stare into them, it's like you can't even get back out.

Alpha Blake likes to think he is in charge of this pack and what goes on but everyone knows that its actually Bella who leads it.

That is why I call her Alpha Female, because she is more of an Alpha then Alpha Blake, and she is a female.

The only thing that Alpha Female can't stop Alpha Blake from doing, is making war between the midnight pack and moonlight pack.

I mean yeah sure there are a lot more packs out there, but we just have a history with the moonlight pack.

A very bad history.

As I lay in my bed I feel my body about to doze off into a deep sleep.

Until I heard the sound of the door opening.

I sat up on my bed to check who it was, my father was approaching the bed with a serious look on his face.

"Hello father" I greeted him. "How has your day been so far?" I asked him.

I honestly didn't really care but I was told to always be polite.

"Great, my day has been great" he said with no emotion on his face. Like literally his face was like a brick, just emotionless.

"So uh Casey, I've been thinking since your 18 and you haven't found your mate yet I was thinking maybe, just maybe if you want to go for a walk around the territory maybe even around town, you could possibly find your mate?" He asked.

There it is. My father has been edging me for about a year now about finding my mate, he just doesn't get that when fate takes its toll and I meet my mate, things would be great from then.

My dad shouldn't be talking anyways he is in his late 30's almost 40 and I'm 18. He expects me to mate with my mate the first day I see him. That's the thing though, when mates mate for the first time, there is a high likely chance that the female could get pregnant. And being the daughter of a beta or an Alpha is more likely.

I'm not saying its a bad thing but I just don't want to rush on finding my mate.

"Look father I know you mean well but, when I will meet my mate, is when I will meet my mate" I said.

"Okay but if you change your mind you know where I am" He said as he left my room

"We need a plan and we need a plan now!" Alpha Blake roared.

He was angry and I mean really angry, I don't know if its because Alpha Female Bella didn't give him the satisfaction that he wanted but something must have crawled up his arse and died.

I have gotten the chance to come with my father to this small meeting that the Alpha held with only the beta, his third in command, his attackers and defenders.

Whilst everyone was going on and screaming and arguing, a thought suddenly popped in my head.

"Alpha Blake" I spoke up as all heads turned to me.

"I have a plan, but it will involve some risks" I told him.

"I'm listening" he answered.

"Maybe someone from the pack can go and spy on them, like in their territory" I proposed.

One of the guys scoffed at my proposal. "How exactly is someone going to spy on the moonlight pack and enter their territory?" he asked.

"I can do it Alpha I have been training hard and I know I can do it" I pleaded.

Alpha Blake turned to my father with a skeptical look.

"What do you think of your daughter going out to moonlight territory?" he asked my father.

"I know Casey can do it, she has a way with people and from her skills, this would be really simple" my father turned to smile at me with pride in his eyes.

"Okay then" the Alpha spoke. "But how are you going to cross over there if you are from the midnight pack?" he asked.

At his words I smirked.

"Not if I'm a rogue"
