For the sake of people not getting lost, here's the trailer😂
It was mentioned around Chapter 16 but only because that was the time I managed to finish it. For the sake of the new readers, I put it up here again. Without further ado, here's our story~

The beginning of September promised a cool autumn that delivered a chill thoroughly to the blood and into the bone. With the incoming chill mingled the final whispers of summer, the heat that irritated and flushed the skin. It would have been a soothing touch of nature’s natural changes, but it wasn’t the case when you were walking around the halls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, in full uniform. Cotton sweater and all.
Camellia Donovan walked through the stone pathways hot-headed, exhausted and sultry as ever. Brown curls that cascaded to her waist were pushed away in band in similar color, her pale face framed by the dark tones of her hair. Had it not been for the evident dark circles under her eyes, perhaps she wouldn’t have bothered with make-up. She had the week all to herself and her mother had been ready upon seeing her condition, promising to lock their family library at nine in the evening from that day forward.
Sighing in resignation, Camellia pushed at a stray strand from her cheek as she entered the Great Hall, clutching the same book she had managed to smuggle under her mother’s nose. There, her back straightened and her composure remained guarded, careful not to let any emotion slip past her guard. Emotion meant weakness, and in the warzone of the rich and glamorous, she learned that any weakness – no matter how small – was a weapon that could be used to kill you. Hogwarts was no different. It would be stupid to deny the Donovan beauty that coursed through her veins, futile even. And that was the last thing she refused to be, stupid. She was raised with the finest education and it would be an insult to her family if she even dared show ignorance. Her family, she thought darkly, turning down the aisles of tables to find her group. The Donovan brood with their pride and loud voices, the epitome of the rich and glamorous, are one of the most respected families in Europe. With it – of course – came the weight of their glory. Her brother loved that, she thought again, smiling at the small blonde that waved enthusiastically at her. They were in the wrong house, she added, accepting her friend’s hug and gleaming eyes.
“Please tell me this is not what was keeping you from writing from me!” Lilia Ember whined, pulling the book from her grasp as Camellia took her seat.
The young brunette let her, chuckling at the witch’s expression of disgust as she skimmed through the pages of the thick book. Lilia Ember, a friend since Honeydukes Express, was a half-blooded witch that suited the gold and glitter more than she did. With another grimace, Camellia chuckled as Lilia returned the leather bound book with a huff, taking her seat beside her immediately.
“This is the 20th century. No one falls in love when they’re told how ardently they admire and love them.” The blonde grumbled, picking up the toast she had previously been eating.
“How dare you, Lilia Ember.” Camellia feigned, softly smacking her friend on the shoulder.
“I’m serious.” Lilia laughed, grinning through her breakfast before gesturing at the book. “Don’t ever try that or I will disown you, I’ll forgive you for abandoning me the whole summer, only so I can butter you up enough to tell me about any of your endeavors.”
Camellia laughed softly, picking at her fruit before she shook her head, shoving the platter away at the images that came after. Her endeavors were no longer important, they were best kept hidden in the darkest recesses of her mind, among the childhood memories that her enemies could use as weapons. They were weaknesses. So, she did what she had been raised to constantly do. Lie.
“My endeavors have only been impulsive flirtations that I’ll regret the moment I turn 21.” She clipped, draining her tea as Lilia’s lips curled mischievously at her words.
“Heavens, now you have to tell me who it was!”
“Lilia!” Camellia swatted playfully, smiling at the childish gleam in her friend’s eyes. “I can’t even remember the color of his eyes, let alone his scent, why would you think I recall his name?” What a liar.
“Camellia Donovan!” The blonde blurted out, smacking her on the shoulder while she laughed, a hand pressed to her lips in shock.
They’re the faintest color of smoke when he’s calm and the darkest of steel when he’s enraged, passionate.
“I’m joking of course, he’s just not important.”
And he smells like bike rides, river sides and everlasting promises.
Perhaps Lilia had decided to drop the subject, for she didn’t question her any longer as they roamed the hallways, getting accustomed to the location of their classroom and the classes they both shared and didn’t. For the first time in weeks, Camellia felt relief flood through her veins, the anxiety of seeing those same eyes focused on her momentarily gone as she re-entered the Great Hall. Dinnertime was more chaotic that breakfast and she prayed she doesn’t see him among the table of the yellow and black. Of course, when did the heavens ever listen? Pushing at her disheveled hair, Camellia heard herself groan at the sudden impact that shook her out of her reverie.
“Honestly, you men.” She heard Lilia grumble under her breath and cursed at the scent that filled her lungs, dragging feverishly into her blood and throbbing in her chest. “Be more careful, the lot of you.”
Camellia waved her away, refusing to drag her eyes from the floorboards as she made her way towards the table, and refused to answer Lilia’s complain about Cedric Diggory’s carelessness.
