Please note, I wrote this last year.
Before I start sharing my experience with meeting the cast, I want to share the story of why I decided to go to Howler Con.
My brother and I are 10 years apart. With the huge age difference, we don't have a lot in common or do a lot of the same things together. However, one thing we do have in common is Teen Wolf is our favorite show.
Last year, Howler Con announced they would be having their last Teen Wolf Con in June 2017. My brother would be graduating from high school in May. I thought it would be the perfect graduation gift for him. We would go to the con and spend a few days in New York since we were already close to the area. When I asked him, he said he would like to go. As soon as the tickets went on sale, I bought them. This would be our first and last Teen Wolf Con together as Howler Con is the only company that does Teen Wolf Conventions in the United States. With that being said, I decided to go all out and buy tickets for second row seats. As much as I would have wanted seats in the first row, I didn't buy them because it was too expensive. Since I was paying for this entire trip, we were perfectly fine with sitting second row at a much more reasonable price.
Then, the horrible struggle of having to wait a whole year for this con happened. As the months past by, I bought photo ops the day they were available on Howler Con's website. Considering the convention was sold out, I couldn't risk not getting a photo op because it was sold out as well. In the end, I bought a trio, a couple of duos, and several solos. My brother only wanted a picture with – as he said, "my two favorite girls, Allison and Lydia."
Although, we were looking forward to the trip, we weren't excited until it got closer. Before we knew it, we were getting on a plane to New Jersey for our almost week long vacation.
Friday night was the welcome party. There was a karaoke machine, which I was surprised to see a lot of people singing and dancing on the dance floor. There were hardly any shy people. In previous cons I've attended – that are not Teen Wolf cons – not a lot of people sang or danced. So, it was nice to see everyone having a good time. My brother skipped out on the party because he was tired and wasn't feeling good after a long day of sightseeing in New York. That was okay because I was not alone. I had two friends, Miranda and Corina – who I hadn't seen in a year! – attending the con as well and we had too much fun taking photo booth pictures. We took several and since we don't do karaoke, we just hung out and talked. We didn't stay for the entire thing – which we later regretted because Melissa (Mama McCall) showed up and surprised everyone – and decided to head up to the room and call it a night before our big first day.

For the first day, I had most of my photo ops and three panels. The 3 panels were:
