Chapter 3: The Confession

At Janie's House..................................

Janie's POV

It's late at night and I'm still awake. I'm thinking of him. Y'know, Eljay. Why did he do that? He really kept his promise. I was really surprised at that moment. 'Knock! Knock!' "Come in!" I cried. "Hey honey, aren't you going to sleep? It's 11:35 in the evening. Minutes later, it would be Friday." "I know mom. But, I can't stop thinking about him." Oh my gosh! Me and my big mouth. If only I could curse my mouth. "Huh? Him? Who is he?" This is it. It's time. "It's Eljay mom." "What? That boy?" "Yes. I started liking him, when we had our first kiss." "What the hell Janie! Are you insane?" "No. I'm serious. But, that kiss happened accidentally. Someone pushed Eljay." Brrrr.....My hands are cold and moist at the same time. "Mom! Please. Don't tell this to dad. I'm sure I would get busted." "Ok. So, what about him?" "Because he stole my first kiss. I dared him to protect me from things that would harm, or embarrass me. In H.E. he stood in front of me, so I won't get covered up with icings. He's taking it seriously." "What about it?" "Well, if he gets super protective over me. It would seriously ruin his life. And it's all because of me." Like the hell I care! "Honey, the antidote to that problem is Acceptance." What? Are you my mom? I don't think so. "You should accept Eljay to be your partner in life. You two, should face problems together. And help out with each other." You're the worst mom! Really. You're the worst! "But it doesn't mean you should marry each other, and have seedlings already. Hahahah. Just kidding! I could accept the fact that my daughter has a crush on someone else." Hmm....It sounds a little bit true. In fact I like his atittudes. He's packed. Handsome. not that handsome. Smart. Athletic. And Sweet. Oh my gosh! I'm blushing. "That's all for tonight honey. *Yawns* I'm very sleepy right now. Just remember. Accept him to make your life wonderful. Good night honey! *kisses me*" Yeah. Mom's right. I should really accept him to be my partner in life. Holy crap! It's 12:00 in the midnight. Gotta sleep.

6 Hours Later...........

Janie's POV

'Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring' That noise again. My irritating alarm clock. I clenched my fist, gained strength, and punched my alarm clock. It hovered in mid-air and landed on the wall. That was totally awesome. "Did I hear an object break in this room?" Oops! My bad. "Don't worry mom! I'll fix it when I have time." "Good. Now, get ready for your confession! Oh, I mean school." *chuckles* Then she left, leaving the door semi-closed. That girl is totally not my mom! But, am I really going to confess to him? I wonder what will happen. I got up, and stretched my body. I picked up my towel and went to the bathroom. I practiced my lines in confessing to Eljay. After breakfast I brushed my teeth, packed up my things, kissed my parents, and headed to the school bus stop. It was a perfect timing. I went up the school bus, and started to find my seat. I sat beside Nicole. "Hey NicHow's your day?" "I'm good. Guess what. I downloaded movies in my usb last night. Wanna watch some movies later?" "Yeah. What time?" "After dismissal of course." "Sure." I'm so excited. But, first. I'll confess to that stupid guy.

At School............

Janie's POV

"Hey! Eljay!" I cried. 'Eljanie! Eljanie!' That stupid cheer makes my world collapse. How horrible. "Yes? Any problem?" He asked with a jolly voice. "Nope. I just want to say something to you. And, I need privacy." "Ok" He gestured me to follow him. We stopped in the garden. Those memories, flashed in my mind. I shook my head, and started talking to him. "Hey Elj! Thank you for keeping your promises. But, last night. I my big mouth spilled the beans." "What?! Noooo! I'm doomed." "No! No you're not. Because, I only said it to my mother. She understood me, and she even made a stupid decision last night. I think she was posessed by a charmer. But, let me tell you this..." It's early in the morning and I'm sweating. "Eljay! Can I be your girlfriend?" Boom! It's done. Now, I'll just have to wait, for the results. "Hmm......Do you really want me to be your boyfriend?" "Umm....Yes. I like you Elj! Even if you're so irritating sometimes." He chuckled. Why is this retarded guy chuckling like an idiot? Is he playing mith my feelings? Well, let's see who's gonn experience chaos. "I see. My answer to your question. Is the opposite of 'NO'." Am I stupid? It took me 15 seconds to analyze the answer. Man, I should go back to Elementary. "How 'bout me Janie? Will you accept me to be your boyfriend?" I blushed. I didn't expect him to say that. and, that dialogue wasn't listed on my script. I swallowed the lump forming in my throat, and bravely answered. "YES!" Oops! Did I really say that? Or was it just my imagination? "Therefore, I conclude that our relationship is now official.Right darling?" Heh? Is this Science? And who said, it was official? This guy is unbelievable. 'Ding-dong!' The bell rang. It ruined the atmosphere. How horrible!
