//Chapter Twelve//

--Cali's POV--

Waking up on the morning of the Finale for Girl Band was full-on terrifying, mainly because I could hear Michael full-on panicking, like, he was legit having a panic attack! Not going to lie, I did not expect to be waking up hearing my older brother panicking and struggling to breathe. As soon as I heard everyone wake up in my hotel room as I share with Savannah, Avianna and Nastasia because of hearing Michael in struggle, I shot up and went into an over-protective mode, I just knew exactly what to do to make him calm down, especially if he started to cry when I've only seen him cry once, I still knew what to do because, C'mon, Michael's my brother, I'm sure I'll know what to do. Anyway, after waking up because I heard Michael freaking out, I told Avianna and Savannah (Nastasia was out cold, there was no way for anyone to wake her up before her alarm goes off at 7:00) to get Chance and Sergio to help me and Michael because, even though I knew what to do, these boys have been with him for the longest amount of time most recently so, they'd know what to do to help Michael calm down and to stop panicking over myself who has only been reunited with him for 5ish weeks. 

"Michael, what's wrong?" I ask as I make myself wake up as I hear Michael struggling to breathe 

"I-I c-can't breathe," Michael stutters as I can see both sweat and tears roll down his cheeks as he just sits on the edge of his bed which wasn't that far away from mine, hence why I was the first one to wake up 

"Michael, calm down," I say as I try to think of what to do to help Michael but, I can't so, I get Avianna and Savannah who are also awake considering I share with Avi and Sav, to get Chance and Sergio who are usually always awake at this time of the morning anyway so, it was perfect timing, kind of 

"Avi, Sav, seeing as Chance and Sergio are up right now, could you go get them because, I don't think I'd be able to help Michael all on my own and they've been with him for longer then I have and I need help from two males," I say as I sit with Michael trying to calm him down 

"Course we can Cali, this is very scary, we'll get them straight away," Avi said as she and Sav ran a couple of doors down to Sergio and Chance's room to get them and were back almost straight away with Chance and Sergio as they looked just as alarmed as I did 

"Babe, is Michael okay?" Sergio asks as he looks terrified 

"I-I don't know, this is what I was woken up with, just Michael in a full-on panicked state, I don't know what triggered it, I honestly have no idea!" I said as I rubbed Michael's back as tears were streaming down his cheeks and he wasn't sweating as much as he was earlier 

"Well, maybe just, have you tried talking to him?" Chance asked as I smiled softly 

"Yeah, I asked if he was okay and he barely got out that he couldn't breathe but, since then, I've also been panicking, trying to figure out how to help him," I said as I was also panicking as tears were getting ready to burn my waterline

"Well, ask for him to talk again," Sergio asks as I take a deep breath and talk to him again 

"M-Michael, are you okay? Can you breathe again?" I ask softly as tears arise in my eyes as I remember the last time I saw Michael like this, that was 12 months ago when I was hospitalized because of how stupid I was because I was wanting to die 

"Y-yes, I can breathe again, I-I'm so sorry for waking you up so early and scaring you," Michael said as he looked up at me, letting me see the never-ending amount of tears that were drying on his cheeks and still flowing as well as everyone closed their eyes and took a deep breath

"*Takes a deep breath* Okay, thank God! What caused it, Michael?" I asked as that's when more tears started to come down his cheeks... Oh, shit, I remember now!
