This time I was not going back. It seemed like everything bad was coming down at me all at once. After applying for multiple positions I kept getting shot down. Plus I had run out of rent money. I knew I couldn't live in my parents basement forever.
I had a false hope that everything would work in my favor. Now I see how stupid I was. I vowed to myself I would leave this place and never give it a second glance.
