"Hey Nerd!" Sam yelled from down the hall, seeing Jackson closing his locker. Jackson just sighed. "Don't respond. Maybe he'll go away." Peter said, putting a comforting hand on Jackson's shoulder. Jackson appreciated the optimism. "Neeerrrrdddd! Im talking to you!!" Sam yelled once more coming closer. "If he hits me, don't. Do. Anything. Okay Peter? I don't want you to get hurt. Let me take it. I've done it before and he won't do to much with people here. Okay?" Jackson whispered to Peter. Peter opened his mouth to protest, but just closed it, sighed, and nodded knowing it was usless to argue. Jackson sighed as Sam came closer. "Nnneerrrddd. I'm. Talking. To. You. I expect you to answer meee." Sam taunted. When Jackson didn't respond he slapped him upside the head. "I'm. Talking. To. You. Answer. Me. Got. It?" Sam growled. Jackson finally spoke. "Go away, Sam. Please. Just leave me alone for one day." Jackson pleaded. Sam just laughed. "Nice try, nerd. There's nothing you can do about it. I'm sure your dork of a friend won't do anything about it. Isn't that right, Peter?" Peter looked embarrassed and hurt. Jackson's fists and jaw clenched as he resisted the urge punch and pummel Sam to a pulp for insulting his friend. "Awww. Is Jackson protective of his boyfriend?" Sam taunted. "He's not my boyfriend." Was all Jackson said. Sam laughed. "Your nothing but a pathetic, little, nerd Jackson." He laughed again and slammed his head against Jackson's locker before leaving laughing. "Gosh Jackson i shouldn't have stood there I'm so sorry oh my gosh your bleeding!!" Peter rambled, helping Jackson up. "I-I'm fine. I'm fine, Peter. Thank you for not doing anything actually. I'm glad you didn't." He said, reaching up and feeling the skin under his nose, it came down red. "I should probably go to the nurse. You go on to class. Ill see you later." Jackson said, hugging Peter. "Okay... Well... Ill see you after school. I got Civil War extended edition!!" He said, heading down the hallway. Jackson just smiled and went to the office.
