Maintaining physical health is very important, everyone should try to work out at least 4-5 days a week with one day of rest. The amount of time should be 45 minutes to an hour. That's the daily recommended time.
I typically do 50 minutes. I know that sounds like a long time, but the time will pass anyway. So why not just do it? It's not that bad and it's a great stress reliever. I'm going to show you my workout routine and then I'll suggest some more!😊

Twist ups: Get two dumbbells of a certain weight that's good for you. Holding the dumbbells, do a dumbbell bicep curl. Then lift them up in the air and do a shoulder press. This is all in one fluid motion. And it's super effective!
Y lifts: So you know how cheerleaders clap their hands and then put their hands up in a y form? It's almost like that. (Except no clap) Hold two dumbbells to the center of your chest with your arms folded up, or by your sides. then just lift them in a y position. Pretty easy after a while!
Tricep curl: Grab only one dumbbell, and lift it over your head. Then fold your arms down, whilst it still being over your head. Do this and it'll show a lot of definition.

AbsDo this for however long you can. But remember (your mind will quit 100 times before your body will)

50 v/ oblique twists
100 crunches
1:00 elbow plank

Wall sit with 1 weight 1:00
Jump squats 30
Jump lunges 30

Garhammer raise 45Okay so this is my whole body workout! Remember to do certain body parts on certain days to give your muscles a rest. Also to give your muscles time to form. I hope you guys really like this and try it out!
