Maddie's pov
Recap
"What's up there anyways? I should go check, besides i think Pam won't even notice i am gone anyways", i thought to myself while standing besides the staircase.
Present
With that thought in mind, i made my way up the stairs. Suprisingly there was no one on the stairs but i could here faint music as i approached my destination. Making it another set of flights, i saw a huge door but that was not what made me slightly go down a few stairs.
There near the massive double doors was a guy, more like a bodyguard.
Shit! I am dead!. What excuse can i make up inorder to get inside?
As this thoughts were swirling in my mind, the doors opened and out came two men who were holding a girl who looked to be very tired. She was carried by one male while the other held her arm. I thought about turning back and running down the stairs and back to the dancefloor, but i counselled myself! I could not go back when i was standing right next to the door.
The trio passed me but not before the other guy who was not holding the girl winked at me.
" what the hell? Is he mad? Do i look like a hooker?", i thought bitterely. After they disappeard down the flight of stairs, i mustered enough courage to walk up to the bodyguard, i did not have any idea as to what i was going to say but i just took a chance and decided to blabber nosense when i reached him. As i approached the door, the bodyguard smirked at me and raised an eyebrow.
"Hey sugar, have i seen you here before?", he asked.
" ofcourse, i am always here with Sharon, though she likes leaving me downstairs, but she suggested i come up here tonight", i chirped, praying so hard that he would not call out my bluff.
He seemed to consider this and when i finally thought i had won him over, he startled me by saying,"password please".
Fuck! I didn't know how i was going to get out of that one. I thought back to the time i was in the bathrooms, i never heard the girls say a password was needed.
"Well, i don't remember Shar telling me about any password! Perhaps she wanted to embarrass me.", i said slyly.
Then an idea popped into my mind, i remember a name being mentioned, maybe if i used that to try enter, if it backfires, atleast i know i tried.
"Well she did mention someone of the name Raymond, do you know him?", i tried.
"I am Raymond, what did she say of me?", he asked suspiciously.
"Well, she did say something of how greatful she was that you gave them access to this floor, you know, all that sappy shit!", i replied calmly. I hoped that i could get through to him and i prayed that he did not decide to ask Sharon about it as i would be very embarassed. It took a while for me to fully convince him and after, he smiled at me and winked.
" welcome to the second floor maam, i am Raymond, nice to meet you....", i knew he wanted me to say my name.
"Maddison, Maddison Hudson", i replied while smiling very much. He hugged me and opened the door for me to enter,and i did so happily.
Nothing prepared me to see what i saw upon entering the door.
Hello guys, sorry for a late update, i was very busy and i had surgery but i am better now. I am back in school so it won't be easy to always update but i will try my best.
Also, i am sorry but i am no longer going to make very long chapters, but don't worry, the story will still be great. Another important note, i am going to stop the points of view, the story will always be in Maddie's POV except when notified of change, you will see.
