"Lance! This isn't a time for an argument, my sword works best and that's that. Now let's get to training!"

"Aw, come on Keith, you're no fun..."

"This isn't supposed to be fun lance. This is a real situation and the universe is in our hands."

"Whatever."

"Paladins, coran and I have been picking up on signals of galra fleets infiltrating the planet of zenthar. You must stop them before they get to the citizens."

"Got it princess! Let's show those galra who's boss!"

"That's the spirit hunk! Let's go!"

The paladins got in their lions and flew off towards the peacfull planet.

When they arrived, there was already a huge fleeting galra attacking on foot.

"Ok gang, we need to get down there and protect the people."

Shiro ordered as lance, Keith, and hunk flew down to the surface to begin fighting on foot.

Lance deployed his Bayard as a group of galra soldiers approached him. He began shooting and knocking them down one by one. He ran over to hunk for back up and defended off several more soldiers.

Keith began sneaking up behind the soldiers and slicing off their head from behind. He fought off two soldiers as lance approached a larger group.

Keith was behind one of the galra when he heard the sound of lance's Bayard. He saw a bright blue light and then his body met the ground.

"KEITH!!!"

Lance's voice could be heard as he killed off the rest of the soldiers.

"Oh my GOD! KEITH!!"

Keith's vision became blurry as he saw lance kneel next to him to examine his wound.

"Keith, I'm so so Sorry! I didn't see you you!!!! Oh my god. KEITH? Can you hear me? You're gonna be okay, just hang in there.

"Lance...."

" keith?"

"It's... It's okay... it wasnt your fault... "

"No, no it's not okay. I shot you! I shouldve been looking at my radar and that way I would have seen you and....

"Shhhhhh. It's okay lance.... It's....o
...k..........------------------"

"KEITH?!, no! No buddy stay with me! Please Keith keep your eyes open! Look at me come on!! Keith please!

"Lance? What's going on?!"

"Shiro! I need help!! Keith's been shot! I don't know what to do!"

"What!? Okay we're coming!! Sit tight!"

"Keith?! No, no no no!! Keep breathing! Come on open your eyes!!!"

Lance began sobbing as he stared at his friends lifless face.

"Lance? How is he?" Pidge said as she ran towards lance with shiro.

"He.... He isn't.....He isn't responding! What do we do?! He needs help now!!"

Shiro knelt down and felt for Keith's pulse.
His face went pale and his eyes filled with tears as he felt no pulse on Keith's wrist or neck.

"There's no pulse!"
