Chapter 8 Sirius Black !

When Harry, Ron, Hermione and Rose where at Hagrid 's hut       Hagrid gave Ron Scabbers who turned out to be alive after all!     Buck beak was due to die that day and they didn't want to leave Hagrid alone when the time came  When Harry looked out the Window he saw Fudge, Dumbledore  and a masked guy with a huge ax coming down from the castle  Hagrid ordered them to leave and they snuck out the back  and ran up to the hill watching quietly  when they came back outside   they heard the swish of a ax and a nasty thud and Hagrid's cry of grief

Rose sobbed into harry's shoulder while Hermione did the same to Ron ' Ow Scabbers he bit me ! Scabbers come back here' Ron Said running after the Rat   while Rose and Hermione and Harry chased after  Him " RON Run !' Harry shouted when they realized the tree he was sitting under was the womping willow  Ron looked at them  his eyes wide with fear ' Harry, Rose Hermione Run it's a Grimm' Ron Screamed pointing behind them  they Turned around and a great big black dog  stood staring at them   and Ran to them  they gasped as it leaped over them  and  went straight for Ron

Ron let out a cry of Pain as    the dog dragged him under the Tree ' RON ' Hermione Screamed they all ran to the hole the dog took Ron under    when a tree branch swung at them knocking them off their feet as they stood up again  another came and they jumped and Harry looked back as one branch swung forward taking Rose and Hermione with them causing both girls to scream Hermione Grabbed Harry as they came around to him and sent all three of them to     go into the tunnel   ' oof sorry' Hermione said sheepishly landing on Harry  as they stood up

Rose looked around ' where are we?'  Rose asked  nervously ' I think we're in the shrieking shack' Hermione Said Shock in her voice  as they heard a moan together they went up the stairs and in the first bedroom on a bed layed Ron his leg bloody  and cut up  ' Ron Where's the dog ? ' Harry asked coming up to him as Ron Shook his head ' It's not a dog  he's the dog he's a animagius !" Ron Said pointing at something behind the door

Their in the flesh  in scruffy old askaban clothes  with shaggy hair was Sirius black Rose screamed in shock ' if you want to kill the twins you'll have to kill us too' Hermione said  blocking Rose and Harry from   Sirus's sight ' No only one will die tonight ' Sirius said Coldly ' And it will be you' Harry screamed tackling Sirius to the ground   hands around his throat   his wand aimed at  his face ' Going to kill me Harry?" Sirius  taunted  as R emus came in  the room shouting ' Expeliamrus '  Remus shouted  and Harry's wand flew out of his hand.

As Harry  flew back to where Rose and Hermione stood  ' Remus my old friend ' Sirius said  with a wide grin ' you where always a slippery fiend since the moment I met you' Remus stated helping  Sirius up as the two men hugged ' NO'  Hermione screamed coming forward ' I trusted you and all this time you've been with him ' Hermione said as Rose stepped forward' He's a werewolf ' Rose stated ' That's why he's been missing classes' Hermione added with a sharp glare at Remus who looked amazed

 ' How long have you two known?' Remus asked ' since professor Snape set the essay'   The girls stated together '   you two really are the brightest witches of your age' Remus said with ease ' enough chatter lets kill them' Sirius said in annoyance    ' Wait ' Remus said ' I've did my waiting , Twelve years of it in Askaban ' Sirius said " Fine Kill them but  Wait just one more second harry and rose have a right to know why'  Remus said , " We know why' Rose said  firmly ' you killed   our parents' Harry added    '  No he did not  kill   your parents  someone else did' Remus said ' Who?" Harry asked ' Peter Pettigrew ' Sirius said

'  Liar Petegrews dead he killed him' Rose said pointing at Sirius ' I meant too' Sirius said  with a nod  '  He's alive and he's in this room right now Come out come out Peter come out and play' Sirius shouted  as Snape burst in taking off Harry's cloak of invisibility ' Expeluarmus '   Snape roared   flicking his wand  at Sirius and the wand flew out of  his hand.

' I did hope  that i'd be the one to catch you black and lupin  I did tell the headmaster you where helping an old friend into the castle ' Snape snarled  as Remus raised   his hands   trying to calm   snape   ' why don't you run along and play with  your  chemistry set ?' Sirius said  glaring at snape,  ' I could do it you know but why should I not let the dementors have you they're longing to see you' Snape said in a cold voice , nodding to harry  who held Hermione's wand  in his hand  Aiming it at Sirius  before turning it on Snape A blast of red light and Snape flew back ' Harry how could you attack a teacher'  Rose and Hermione said in shock.

As Sirius and Remus explained about peter  or Wormtail  it turns out that  Sirius was innocent the whole time   though  The Rat escaped       Sirius was proven innocent    and cleared of all charges   he moved in with Petunia  and the twins at Potter Manor .

Remus quit after his secret was released to the public and Gryffindor and Ravenclaw won the    house cup.

 Rose cuddled into Draco Fiddling with his shirt as the train  left hogsmade station   listing to his heartbeat as he held her  Laughter could be heard as Blaise and melody came in hand in hand    ' hey guys' they said together  as they sat in the seat across from them.   ' This year went by fast'   Blaise said  his arm around Melody.
