Gordie P.O.V.
The cold wind blew in my face as I stared outside my window. I looked down at the blades I hid under my bed as tears formed in my eyes. It's my fault My brother died, it's my fault my parents hate me, all I ever do is mess up. I picked up the shiny blade and put it to my wrist as I looked at the picture of my brother. tears formed in my eyes.
"Don't be such a little fag Chambers"! (Teddy threw his cigarette and laughed his famous signature laugh)
"Shut the fuck up Teddy"! (Chris shouted)
"Just do the dare Chris". (Vern pleaded)
"Shut up fat ass"!
Teddy: "If you don't do the dare you're gay".
(Chris rolled his eyes and signed)
"Fine, what's the fucking dare"?
"I dare you too go up to a random girl and say....
"Hi I'm Chris Chambers and I have a small wiener"!
"Are you fucking stupid Teddy... I'm not gonna do that"!!
"Just do it fag"! (Teddy laughed)
"Coming from the guy who tired to kill himself". (Chris insulted)
"Just do the dare punk ass"!
"Kiss my ass douchebag... I'm not going to make a fool out of myself"....
"Whatever fag boy.... I'm getting tired of this game anyways".
"Let's play a game where we say what we think about someone"... (Vern suggested)
Teddy: "Ughhh fine! But I'm going first"!
(Teddy cleared his throat and smirked at Chris) "So Chris.... What do you think about that french girl Maryse".
"Maryse?? She's kinda of hot but I don't like her at all".
"What about that girl Tiffany from school? ... I heard she had a huge crush on Gordie" (Vern questioned)
Chris P.O.V.
I felt my heart shatter to a million pieces as tears formed in my eyes.... I can't believe this Tiffany girl has a crush on my best friend... I don't know why I feel so jealous right now. I feel like crying for no reason and I feel like something bad is about to happen. I don't like Tiffany at all and she isn't good enough for my Gordie.... I don't want her stealing my best friend away from me....
"Chris..... CHRIS"!!!! (Vern shouted snapping his fingers)
"WHAT HUH"!!
Teddy: "You've been daydreaming for the past 5 minutes it's your turn".
Out of the blue Teddy and Vern stared to laugh for no reason.... They just laughed and laughed while Chris stared in confusion.
"What's so fucking funny"?!(Chris asked)
"Oh nothing... Let's get back to the game".
"So Chambers... What do u think about... (Teddy paused and blew smoke from his cigarette) Gordie"? (Teddy smirked)
Chris smiled softly as his heart jumped in joy.... Just the metion of his name made him happy.
"Gordie is like a brother to me... I really love him a lot.. and I have to be honest... I find Gordie quite adorable".
"Oooo somebody's in love with Gordie"! (Teddy teased)
A small blush crept across Chris's face as he struggled to keep himself from smiling.
"I'm not fucking gay I just think he's attractive that's all".
Vern: "If a boy thinks another boy is adorable I'm pretty sure he's 100 percent gay".
Chris rolled his eyes and looked down at the ground... Silence filled the Treehouse as Chris nervously played with his fingers.... That strange feeling he felt earlier came back.... He felt as if something bad was going to happen at any minute.
Vern: "Speaking of Gordie.... Where is he"?
Teddy: "He did said he was gonna come to the treehouse today".
Chris: "I'll go get him... He's probably just sleeping".
"Aww somebody wants to see their little boyfriend"! (Teddy teased)
"Go fuck yourself you piece of shit". (Chris yelled as he jumped down the latter and headed straight towards Gordie's house)
Gordie's house was only a few minutes away from the treehouse so it wouldn't take very long to get there.
Chris P.O.V. My heart tightened In my chest as the cold air blew in my face. Flowers surrounded the entire small forest which made me smile. I know the world is an evil place but it's truly beautiful no matter how good or bad.
I felt warm tears pouring down my face as I arrived at Gordie's house.... I don't know what's wrong with me. I've been feeling this way for a few weeks now.
I knocked on his door and there was no answer. I knocked again and still no answer.
"Gordie it's Chris!! Are u ok answer the door!! Please!! I know something's wrong.... Please answer!!!! I-I love you".
I sat down on his front porch and started to cry. Is he mad at me? did I do something? I felt colder and colder as I hugged myself for warmth. I looked up at the sky and I smiled.... It was really beautiful... In the sky there was this one Cloud that looked like a heart. For some reason It reminded me of the song Stand By Me.
(G=Gordie C=Chris)
C: "When the night has come.... and the land is dark.... and the moon is the only light we'll see"..
(I smiled as I heard a beautiful voice sing.... I turned around and saw Gordie. Seeing and hearing his voice made my day)
G: "No I won't be afraid, no I won't be afraid.... Just as long.... as you stand.... Stand by me".
"Gordie"... (I said softly as I pulled him into a giant tight hug)
"Chris"...... (Gordie said in my chest)
"Yea"......
He pulled apart from the hug and touched my cheek softly.... I Don't know why but I felt safe when he touched me there.
I wrapped my arms around Gordie's neck while I sung softly in his ear.
"Chris (he whispered)...... I have to tell you something"...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
