everything is so distant lately
sometimes
the light is burning my skin
but sometimes
i feel so cold in it
and sometimes
i feel my heart thrusting
against my chest
but sometimes
i don't feel it at all
and sometimes
i see you smiling at me
but most of the time,
you don't even look.
