Chapter 9

Erika Pov

Today is May 24th, 2018 the first official day I start work without Jake by my side and what made me aware of the situation and sad was when I woke up and he wasn't next to me but I remembered since he told me he has to go to set mostly all day and when he gets home he has to record a video for youtube to post tomorrow and normally he does vlogs but today is different his Videographer Ari said its a swimming lesson for Tydus I believe but you never know with this house its always crazy and stuff changes last minutes. But at the moment it's 9:58 am and I am now watching Tydus and the girls why the twins are still sleeping they already ate breakfast so they are now sitting together coloring in books and I just look at them and smile and say to myself

" I will never think that when I lost my modeling job I will be struggling for less than a year I thought it be forever and now I found this miracle who never will leave my life even if I need it to but I don't see that day coming anytime soon."

And why is that because this is such a perfect life that one I think I will get up from my sleep anytime soon and go what the hell did I just dreamlike beforehand it was my girls that are my everything and now that I meant Jake kids Tydus, Scarlett, and Crystal they are starting to become my everything and I honestly feel like there long lost mom that left Jake to take care of them by himself but I do get to say he is doing a pretty good ass job at being a single dad to three kids and especially with 3 full jobs since he does run team 10 and youtube and acts. I honestly don't know how he does it that is one caricaturistic I really like about him maybe even love and yes you heard it here I am falling for him and honestly its going to come to life and I will be there being me that I always am and stop everything and go tell Jake if he is home and the only time I won't do that is if I had the kids in my arms like I am right now feeding Cyrstal since she only drink breast milk and I got to say this is making me miss having a baby of my own my two girls Elizabeth and Everly grew up or I should say growing up too fast I miss them as babies. But now I have two babies in my life and honestly, can't wait to treat them like mine like I already do.

7 Hours Later (4-5 PM)

Finally finish a work day today Jake is home now so I have free time so he is doing his video why I am doing laundry and I was right earlier he is teaching Tydus how to swim I got to admit its pretty cute when I am finished with loads or I should say in between loads I actually go out there and watch and this is what I am doing now so I walked out there and saw Tydus in the pool alone and then I heard Tydus say

Tydus: Mommy I want to show you this come here

So I assume someone is around but. I did reply and said

Erika: Ok I am coming, baby

So I arrive at the pool and saw Jake nowhere in site neither do I see Anthony on site and Tydus was in the pool without a life jacket and he was excited when I saw him that he swam in the deep end and he sunk so fast that my first instinct was to jump in and grab him and that's what I did and I pulled him out make sure he was ok and I yelled

Erika: Jakey Jakey

Jake: Yeah babe what's up

That's when he came and saw me soaking wet and with Tydus in my arms hugging him while he was crying and coughing and that made him run to us and he hugged us with his arms wrapped around me and Tydus but mostly around me and said

Jake: What happen Rikky

Erika: I was walking here and saw Tydus with no one here but I heard him say Mommy come to look at this and when I arrived he was alone no one near and he was going to the deep end and once he arrive at the steepness of the pool and he drowned and my first instant was to jump in there and get him and that's what I did and now we are here but what I want to know is where were you

Jake gave me a kiss and said

Jake: Thank you, baby, I don't know what to do without you

Erika: Welcome and me without you my life be a disaster but where were you

Jake: Taking a phone call but Anthony should be here

Erika: Then where is he

Jake: I don't know let me call him

Erika: Ok

Jake: Anthony get your ass out here now

That's when he walked from behind the rocks and was laughing and
Pointing a camera to us and said

Anthony: You guys just got pranked

Jake was about to say something but I said

Erika: Fucking idiot how where you pranking us you were hiding away from Tydus without a fucking life jacket or swimmies he could have drowned but worst fucking die, Anthony

That's when I got up and walked away with Tydus in my arms shaking from being cold and scared so I went inside the house and sat by the fireplace with tydus sleeping on me and we weren't that far away from the pool so I left the door open because I thought Jake was behind me but then I heard

Jake: She is fucking right Anthony like seriously I told you to watch him why I take that call like I fucking told you he was not protected enough to be able to swim alone but you didn't listen you decided to record all this and think it is funny watching my kid almost die like seriously he is my everything and for some reason I think you want to take that away from me Anthony like this isn't the only thing that something bad happen with Tydus that involve you watching him like how about the day the chef was off and I went to cook mac & cheese for me and the kids and I added some for you and when I finish I put it down on the contour on the hotpad away from the kids but when I had to go to the bathroom you push the pot forward when Tydus was asking for more and guess what he did went right for it and burnt his self and when I came back he was crying why you where laughing recording it  like come on Anthony when are you going to get this through your mind and not think this is a joke

Anthony: Ok Bro I am sorry you have to deal with this and next time you leave me alone with Tydus I will be more responsible

Jake: For now I don't trust you alone with Tydus or the girls so Erika or I will have to be around you at all times when he is around and when Tydus forgives you I will forgive you but not until then you mess up bro

And that's when I close my eyes and relax with Tydus rubbing his back ignoring all the other words he and Anthony are saying to another
