He said turning to me giving me a wink. "Fine. Then when you need a break from her, give me a call." "I'd prefer not to Jessica." I was so glad that he didn't let her do anything with him. I knew I could trust him. "Thanks babe." I told him. I guess it was just in the moment that it just slipped out. "There's no need to thank me. I wanted her to know to leave me alone. Since we had our first date coming up." I smiled at him as we started eating our subs. "I love you Melanie." He whispered in my ear. "I love you too Cameron." I whispered in his ear.
