Reader's POV
"Hey, Protector? Are you gonna eat with us?" BEN asked.
"I don't eat human food. Or more, I don't need to. I can eat human food, but I don't need it. Found that out when my mom locked me in our basement for two months..." I explained, mumbling the last bit.
Jeff spit out his drink all over Jane, who was to his left, at the last bit.
"Hey!" She yelled.
Jeff ignored her and asked, "Your mom... Did what now?"
"My mom locked me in our basement for two months with no food or water..." I repeated.
"Why the hell would she do that for?" LJ asked.
"Because she thinks I'm a mistake." I responded.
"She's a bitch." Jeff said (And I agree).
"Ehhh," I shrugged my shoulders, "I have nothing against her though."
They all stared at me surprised.
"You are way to nice..." Lost Silver whispered from the corner of the room.
"Yeah." BEN agreed.
