"i'm not dealing with this bullshit anymore." juniper announces to the boys that are currently sitting on her couch. "rory is hurt really fucking bad right now. we should be at the ER with him but i have to lecture the fuck out of you fuckfaces right now."
oscar winces at the small girls tone. everyone in the room is terrified of her right now. she's scary when she's mad.
"i am not going to deal with your hurt feelings and misguided anger just because i'm in a relationship-which is fucking fake but you wouldn't let me explain because you think you are so special, with someone from our friendgroup." she rants. "i will date who ever the fuck i want to, and none of you get an opinion. if you want to be my friend then you need to suck it up. i don't give a shit that i'm being mean or that i'm hurting your little boy feelings. it's my fucking life! stay out of it." juniper takes a deep breath before continuing. "you are supposed to be my best friends. what happened to that? you promised to be here for me forever, but you weren't here when i needed you most."
dexter removes the ice pack from his jaw and begins talking. "i'm sorry, juni. but i don't think you know how hard it is for us. we all want you to be happy."
"if you actually wanted me to be happy you would have let rory and i be, but that wasn't the case." she retorts. "so don't even pretend."
"well i'm actually sorry, juniper. it was super unfair for me to act out like that because i was hurt you chose rory instead of me." axel says, looking at his hands.
"apology excepted, ax." juniper says, patting his shoulder.
"i'm sorry too. i just didn't want to see you get hurt." oscar says. "you're my best friend. i just want to be here for you."
"i love you and your dumb brain, you grouch." she jokes, and puts her hands out. "group hug?" the boys laugh, but hug her anyways. "now let's get to the ER to see my fake boy."
