Kimberly's Pov
                I woke up to the sun streaming in from my window ,I brushed my teeth and had my bath after which I got dressed in a white T-shirt that said classic nerd on it, a pair of black ripped jeans, white jordans and a black wristwatch ,I brushed my hair, picked up my bag and went down the stairs to see my mum perched on the couch drinking coffee "Buenos dias madre "I said, I'm not fully Canadian, my dad was Canadian but my mum is Mexican "Buenos Dias hija "she said "your breakfast is on the table"she said "gracias "I said and had my breakfast l cleared the table and picked up my bag "adios "I said and left the house .

**At school **

         I am presently in my chemistry class mentally slapping myself ,lets have a recap of what happened, I got into the chemistry lab and sat on my usual seat when Mr Martins came into the class with a huge frown on his face as usual, he looked around the class and dropped his books on his desk loudly to catch the attention of the lousy students "QUIET! "he shouted and everywhere quietened down immediately, "I don't know why you so-called students have to be dim-witted, this is a school, and if you can't behave like actual humans then you can go stay on the streets "if any normal teacher had said this, students would start making comments and confronting the teacher but Mr Martins is not a normal teacher he is the most feared and respected teacher in school and he is very cranky ,so no student ever dares to cross his path, except he or she wants to make their life in ridgewood high a living hell"now,bring out your chemistry homework "he said and started going round collecting the homework.

We have chemistry homework?

Oh my gosh we have chemistry homework

          I told myself to calm down, and I searched my bag and was at the same time praying that I miraculously remembered to do the homework and bring it to school, but unfortunately that didn't happen, I was mentally slapping myself when Mr Martins suddenly appeared in front of me, I gulped and looked up at him "hi "I said "your homework "he said coldly "um... um... um "I said thinking of a suitable explanation as to why I didn't do my homework "speak up! "he shouted and everyone turned to look at me.

Oh my god, this is bad, this is bad, this is damn bad

         If there's one thing I hate, its attention especially when its not for a good thing, I took a deep breath and spoke "okay sir "I said timidly" I can explain, you see, I had a lot of things to do yesterday and somehow, I forgot that chemistry was part of those things, so please can I bring in my homework tomorrow? "I said saying a prayer in my mind "you are obviously not a serious student "he said "you're on cleaning duty "he said, if there's one teacher that never gives detention, its Mr Martins, he believes that detention isn't a suitable enough punishment so he always gives harder tasks to students as punishment, he went round collecting the other students homework after which he continued with the class, we were halfway through the class when Bryan walked in with his bag slung coolly over one shoulder and earphones on his neck "morning Martins "he said and Mr Martins turned to glare at him "you're late "he said "so "Bryan replied and walked to his seat, he sat down putting his long legs on the desk and crossing them "what're you gonna do about that? "Mr Martins glared even harder and I flinched, if eyes could kill Bryan would be dead by now, Bryan is the only one that goes against Mr Martins without having to go through hell"You're stepping on my toes Cambridge "Mr Martins said harshly "oh really? "Bryan said "as far as I'm concerned, my legs are crossed on my desk so I'm literally not stepping on anything "Mr Martins frown deepened "you're on cleaning duty "he said to Bryan and continued teaching the class.
