after they got back to america, they plan to trip in japan, cause of cherry bloosom tree in japan, they plan the day, at august 25 2018, they maid a slip that the reason of going for a trip, his boss agree to them, his boss just gave him a 5weeks vacation, they are thankful to have a boss like that, their planning what to buy for the vacation, their excited for the trip, but three days before the trip, josh bump to another car, who is buying food for the trip, but josh said, i need to get out from here, and the nurse come, and ask the doctor, can they get out here we have three days before are vacation, so please faster looking for the medicines, and the doctor said, No josh dont need a medicine, he can now discharge the bills here, and they pay $120 dollars for the bills, they now buy food, soap, shampoo, towels and cloths, they said to their parents, there going to a trip to japan, and his parent agree, and josh buy 2tickets for their parents, going to china, his mother dream country, they started packing their cloths, towels, foods or snacks, everything they need they pack already, they just waiting to their flight, three days before their flight
