opening and clearing the mind of all unnecessary thoughts.
focusing on your breath and your truest self that speaks throw your body.
your soul has to be save in your body
so take care of it
experience life and yourself in every minute and become aware of every sound and the space around you.
a tree can teach you hundred things more than the bullshit newspaper on your phone.
this world is just a creation of a man
who had an idea of creating this world.
