Chapter 13

CAMILA POV:
We are preforming today and I am so nervous.We are singing impossible by James Arthur. I start pacing up and down the room.
"Camz sit down you are making me nervous,"Lauren says grabbing my wrist.
"I can't this is my way of coping with nerves,"I say and I continue pacing.
"I have a better way,"Lauren says.
"Which is?"I ask. She pulls me into her and kisses my lips softly.
"Any better?"she asks. I nod.
"You still nervous?"she asks and I nod my head. She leans in and kisses me passionately I put my good arm around her neck and pull her closer to me.
"Aww,"I hear Dinah say.
"How did you get in here?" I ask her letting go of Lauren.
"You left the door unlocked,"Dinah says.
"Next time can you knock?"Lauren says sounding annoyed.
"Ok ok sorry but we are doing another practice in Ally's room,"Dinah says.
"Ok we'll be there in a second,"I say and Dinah walks out of the room.
Lauren gives me one more quick kiss and then we walk out of our room and into Ally's hand in hand.
"Ok I managed to get five chairs so we can practice with them,"Ally says.
We all sit down on a chair and Normani starts singing.
After we do a full run through we all go to our rooms to get dressed.
"Can you turn around?"I ask Lauren.
"Why?"Lauren asks me.
"Because,"I say looking at the floor.
"Because what?"she asks.
"I don't know,"I say.
"Ok we can both get changed at the same time ok?"Lauren asks and I nod slowly.
I start trying to unzip my onesie but once again I can't reach the zip.
"Laur,can you unzip this?"I ask.
"Mhm,"she says and she walks over to me. I feel one of her hands on my waist and the other on the zipper she unzips it and I expect her to walk away but instead she kisses the back of my neck. I let out a moan.
"Shit sorry,"I say feeling embarrassed.
"It's ok that was so sexy,"Lauren says and I blush. She walks back over to the other side of the bed and continues getting dressed. I pull down my onesie halfway and put on a bra. I look back at Lauren to make sure she's not looking before I pull off the rest of my onesie,I take off my panties and put on a clean one. I look in the drawers for my dress but then I remember it's in the wardrobe on the side that Lauren's getting changed on. I look around and I see Lauren fully clothed looking at her phone with her back to me. I walk over to the wardrobe and open it,I here Lauren drop her phone. I get my dress and walk back to the other side of the room. I turn around and see Lauren staring at me.
"What?"I ask covering myself with my hands as much as I could.
"You are just so beautiful,"she says.
"You too,"I say. I pull my dress on and ask Lauren to zip it up. She walks over to me and once again she places one hand on my waist and does the zipper with the other. When it's zipped up I turn around and face her. We stare into each other's eyes for a moment.
I bite my lip.
"Ally said she would do my hair,we should go to her room,"I say stepping away from Lauren.
"Wait,"Lauren says and she presses her lips against mine.
"Ok let's go,"she says. She grabs my hand and we walk into Ally's room hand in hand.
"Sit down and I'll curl your hair,Mila,"Ally says and I sit down on her bed. Lauren sits down next to me still holding my hand.
"Stay still ok,"Ally says and I nod. Ally walks across the room and grabs the hair curler. When she finishes curling my hair she puts a navy bow on my head.
"Perfect,"she says.
"As always,"Lauren says kissing my cheek.

After a while Normani and Dinah walk in their hair and makeup is already done.
"I'll do your makeup,Laur,not that you need it,"Normani says to Lauren and she blushes. I feel a pang of jealousy in my chest.
"I'll do your makeup Mila,"Dinah says.
I sit down and Dinah starts doing my makeup. I look over at Lauren and I see her laughing at something Normani said. I feel another pang of jealousy.
When Dinah finishes doing my makeup I get up and sit next to Lauren. I connect our hands but Lauren pulls her hand away.
"What?"I ask the hurt showing in my voice.
"My hand is all sweaty because I'm nervous,"Lauren says softly.
"I don't care,"I say and I join our hands once more. Lauren doesn't object this time.

We all go downstairs because we know we will be preforming soon. I start pacing.
"Camz sit down,"Lauren says.
"But I'm nervous,"I say.
"Come here,"she says patting her lap. I walk over to her and sit down on her lap.
"You have no reason to be nervous,"she says to me.
"But what if I mess up or if Simon just decides he doesn't like my voice or something,"I say.
"Camz you have the most amazing voice I have ever heard,"Lauren says looking into my eyes.
"Yeah you'll do great,"Normani says.
"Thank you,"I say. Lauren kissed my forehead softly and I put my head on her shoulder.
"Fifth harmony,Simon is ready for you,"I here someone say and I slowly get off Lauren's lap.
We all get handed microphones and we are told to wait. We are able to see emblem 3 preforming. I refuse to look at Keaton so I look at the floor instead.
"Ok,Mila?"Dinah asks me. I nod. When emblem 3 finish they start walking towards us.
"Good luck girls,"Keaton says staring at me. We all just glare at him.
We walk out to where we were told to and sit down on the chairs.
The music starts and Normani starts singing. When it gets to my part I sing my heart out,thankfully I don't mess up. I look at Lauren and she smiles at me.
"Thank you girls,we'll talk soon,"Simon says.
We all thank him and walk back inside.
"That was amazing,"Troy says when we walk inside.
"Yeah you girls killed it,"Siophe says.
I see Keaton staring at me,I briefly make eye contact.
"You guys were great too,"Ally says and we sit all sit down next to them on the sofa I sit next to Lauren as far away as far away from Keaton as I can be. After an hour or so of just talking Lauren says," Does anyone mind if I go and put my pyjamas on?".
"I want to put mine on too,"I say.
"Me too,"Ally Dinah and Normani say at the same time.
"Ok you girls go we will still be here when you get back,"Troy says.

Me,Lauren and the rest of the girls go into our rooms to put our pyjamas on.
"Can you unzip my dress?"I ask Lauren
"Of course ,"she says. She walks over to me and zips my dress down.
"Thank you,"I say.
"No problem,"she says still standing behind me. She spins me around so I'm facing her and kisses me passionately. We both pull away for air after a minute.
Lauren walks over to the other side of the room and starts undressing herself. I pull my eyes away from her and start to undress myself with my back turned. I pull my dress of completely and throw it on the floor somewhere. I then try to unclasp my bra but I just can't I let out and moan of frustration.
"What's up?"Lauren asks me.
"I can't unclasp it,"I say.
"Come here,"she says. I walk over to her and she stands up she unclasps my bra and I walk back over to the other side of the room I pull my bra off completely and put my onesie on. We then walk out of the room and go back downstairs everyone else is already there.
"Help yourselves to our magnificent sandwiches,"Troy says pointing to the tray of sandwiches on the table. I take one and sit down. Lauren sits down next to me. I eat my sandwich and after about twenty minutes I can't handle any longer in the same room as Keaton.
"I think I'll go to bed,"I say my voice kind of shaky.
"Ok goodnight,"everyone says. I walk upstairs go into me and Lauren's room,turn off the light and climb under the blanket. After a few minutes I hear the door open and I feel Lauren climb under the covers next to me. I turn around so I'm faving her and put my head on her chest,she puts an arm around me and wraps our legs around each other.
"Night Camz,"she says.
"Night,Laur,"I say.
After a minute or two I fall asleep.

LAUREN POV:
I wake up and I can feel Camila's body against mine. I smile to myself and check the time. I see that it's 10:30am so I decide to wake Camila up. I kiss her forehead softly and she doesn't move so I separate our legs and gently take her head off my chest.
I sit up slowly and kiss her lips softly she wakes up and is shocked at first but after a second she kisses back.
"Can you wake me up like that every morning?she asks and I smile.
"I'll try,"I say.
She sits up and yawns.
"How about me and you go out for dinner tonight?"I say to her.
"Is that allowed?"she asks.
"I'll talk to whoever I need to convince,"I say and she smiles.
"Ok then,"she says.
"Let's go get some breakfast,"I say and I grab her hand.
We both walk downstairs and into the kitchen hand in hand.
"Do you care if the other contestants know?"I ask her and she shakes her head.
"Thank god,"I say.
"Why thank God?"she asks.
"Because if you didn't want them to know I couldn't do this,"I say and I press my lips against hers. I feel her smile into the kiss.

"Please please it will just be for a few hours,"I say go one of the producers.
"Fine but we are giving you a driver for the night,"they say.
"Thank you do much,"I say and I hug him. I see Camila watching us looking hurt.
"Camila guess what?"I say.
"What?"she asks.
"This young man has agreed to let us go for dinner tonight,"I say smiling.
"Yay,thank you Derek,"Camila says.
"How do you know his name?"I ask.
"He's wearing a name tag,"she says and I laugh.
