RECAP!!!!!!
"Lacey!!!! We have t.v. now!!!!!!!!!"
"So? Your gonna hog the remote anyways John." I rolled my eyes. I don't really feel like watching football today....
"I love this campsite!!!! There is a dock so me and Jake can go fishing!!!!!! And I'm so excited!!!!" My dad yelled.

"That's nice dad..."
"How about we all go for a walk? Well at least while it's not raining..." My mom suggested. I sighed. I had just turned on the weather channel it was supposed to rain pretty much this whole week. That's just fan-fricken tactic!
"But I wanna read!" I said. Wow I sounded kinda desperate. Yes I'm a read freak. Someone who reads during the summer, but I'm a wierdo. Deal.
"Aww lighten up Lacie! Stop ruining our vacation." Said John. That was an understatement, ya I was ruining it, sure lets go with that. I rolled my eyes.
"Fine. But I won't be happy about it..."
"But there's something we need to tell you first." Dad said.
I looked around, Jake was with mom in the back room, where my parents sleep. "Um...ok."
Chapter 2
"Well hunny, we all have special powers." He stopped talking for a second to see my reaction, I was a little confused, "and hun on your 16th birthday our family will get powers. It came from my family, and your mothers family. On my side, well, I'm a werewolf, the alpha one, until your brother is twenty then I'll retire. He is a werewolf too." I looked at my older brother his head was down. "And on your mother's side they have elements."
"Earth, water, fire, and wind." I said for him. Blake nodded. "And Blake has one of those powers I'm guessing?" He nodded again. I was passed the point where I thought they were joking. My family don't play these kind of jokes...right? "Well what powers do you have?"
He answered me with a grin, "Earth." I smiled. and thought to myself cool. "So what powers do I have?"
Dad had a grim look on his face, "We don't know yet. But, well the downside is...there are bad people, Lace, who want to kill people like us. Or have us as lab rats."
I sucked in a breath, I knew this was coming. All good things come with villains. WHY ME??? I looked at my family, my mom and my little brother had finally come out. John had a blank expression on his face, probably thinking, Blake looked happy he didn't have anymore secrets between us, me too. My mom had a scared expression on her face. She looked like she controlled water, but that was my opinion. My dad was looking at me, hopefully thinking I would believe them. I nodded. They all looked relieved, except for Jake, he had no clue what was going on.
"So now what??" I asked.
"Well we can still go for the walk or just go asleep 'cause I'm pooped." said John
