writing practice: touch

his tongue is scaldingly hot of ubiquity,
hum me your rhythm of vice and cigars.
polarized thoughts of you sleeping next to me,
all tracing back to that night in your car.

i don't know why
he's gripping my thighs
with fingertips sharper than all of his lies.
his breath's in my mouth,
it's all going south,
this is not what i think real life is about.
i take my name from your teeth,
i think i should leave,
"don't go, please touch me, oh baby, please"

my skin's on your door
i just let it be.
please touch me more
please touch me more
please touch me more
don't touch me.
