Chapter 6

The Next Day:

Vanessa POV:

Me and Mads are in my trailer just watching movies like always and chilling but it's different now she doesn't lay her head on my lap and we don't hold hands like we used to when we walked around I can't even touch my best friend anymore this is what I didn't want but I guess I brought it on myself I knew it was wrong i got to fix this but first I got to make this less awkward

"Hey Mads you wanna tell me what's wrong"I say

"I just i don't know how to say it"Mads says

"Look Mads I know it's awkward and weird now and we don't have to do anything but I want my best friend back before anything else"I say and reach for her hand to which she holds mine back

"I know I know I'm sorry I just have so many emotions going through my head right now I don't know how to deal with it"Mads says

"Listen don't worry your pretty little red head were best friends we will deal with everything else later" I say

"That doesn't change the fact that I want to kiss you every time you look at me" Madelaine says

"Then kiss me I will never deny you I want to do the exact same and we don't have to put a label on it till we figure this thing out ok" I say

"Ok" Mads says as she lays her head in my lap and we continue to watch Harry Potter cause it's Mads favorite movie series

2 months later

Me and Mads are doing the same thing and I don't mind it one bit we act we watch movies we hang out and we're just best friends sure the kissing occasionally is a plus but still we don't have a label we don't know what this is I'm straight and Mads is to there is nothing more I haven't seen nor talked to Mads in a couple days since we had days off from shooting but we're meeting up tomorrow night at work

Madelaine POV:

My mind is still questioning everything I love that we are still best friends and that we still hang out like whatever and I especially love that I can kiss those beautiful soft lips whenever but I'm straight I don't like girls I just like those lips and those eyes and those...ugh I got to get over this crush on Vanessa I guess it's time for me to get a boyfriend

A Few Weeks Later

So guess who found a handsome guy that is the sweetest person I have ever met!! His name is Travis and I think I might actually be in love we've gone out on a couple dates and he asked me to be his girlfriend two days ago and he's just amazing no one knows yet but i kind of already said it in a interview so I'll see how the world takes it when the video comes out later today for right now I got to get to set

The video is amazing everyone is so supportive of my relationship with Travis it's so amazing I haven't talked to Vanessa yet but she's my best friend she is gonna be so happy for me I just can't wait till I tell her I'm shooting today so I'll tell her when I see her

Vanessa POV:

All day today I've been planning and thinking so much that I haven't been on my phone at all cause today is the day me and Mads have been doing this friendship with kissing benefits for so long and I've figured it out I'm in love with her I'm in love with my best friend I don't like girls but she is my exception she's who I'm meant to be with so I'm gonna make her my girlfriend today I have everything planned out ima take her out after work and take her to a hill at sunset and ask her as the sun goes down it's gonna be beautiful I can't wait
