Early the next morning, we headed straight the JFK Airport. We grabbed some lunch, and went straight to our gate.
“Boarding flight 11923 to LAX. The gates will open shortly. Please have your passport and boarding pass ready. Thank you”.
So it was real. I can’t believe I’m actually flying out to Los Angeles! It’s been my dream since I was a little girl. Ariana’s friend and choreographer, Isaac was also coming with us. Also, her stylist, photographer, publicist, and bodyguards were joining us too.
“Kendall, I’m so glad that you can come along with us! First and foremost, thank you once again for filling in for me, for everyone who was included in the production and creative management of my tour. We can finally start the long awaited tour.” Ariana said smiling and excited like a young child.
“It is my true pleasure Ari. I told you last night how it was my dream as a little girl, to fly out to L.A. and perform on stage. And with you, the most celebrated name of all pop culture, it is my pure honor Ariana.”
“Thank you, I’m always so grateful,” She said,” I can’t believe a girl from Boca Raton, Florida is going to Los Angeles, to perform at her own tour. This is all so much for me. I wouldn’t have believed anyone who would’ve told me that I would have my own tour just a couple months ago. I would have been like what? No way. And look where I am now. It just amazes me. It’s all because of my fans, the loving, caring Arianators I’m so honored to have with me.” Ariana said daydreaming.
A monotone voice interrupted our conversation.
“Excuse me Miss, we have to escort you to the plane now. Please follow behind us.” Said some manager of the Airline.
“Wow..” I whispered. It all seemed normal for Ari. I guess this is what you get if you were a world known singer. We followed the man in black, who lead us to the first class section of the plane.
“Enjoy your flight Miss.”
“Thank you so much for helping us!” Said Ari with a sweet smile. She gave him a hug and told me to follow behind her.
“Well, now we can all take a rest on the plane. Is your seat okay Kendall?” Asked Ariana concerned.
“Of course Ari, thank you so much.”
“Do you need anything? Earphones? Chapstick? Mints? Eye Liner?” Ariana asked.
“I’m fine thank you ari.” She was so sweet.
“Just tell me if you need anything, and if you want something to eat, just call a flight attendant waiting near by. Their one of the kindest, most helpful people I know.” She said.
Then Ariana went on her phone and started typing something. She saw me looking and said, “Oh I’m just tweeting hahaha, I can’t stop this habit.” She laughed. Ariana had tweeted, “Off to Los Angeles. I can’t wait to go home and cuddle with my dogs. I won’t have wifi for a while :(“
She’s so cute. After about an hour, we were in the air. Ari and I talked about what we would do in L.A, and how the tour would be, how much time we would have before the tour, and where the tour was.
“My tour is called ‘My Everything’ just like my new album. I’m performing little bits of the upcoming album, some of my singles, and my songs from my first album, ‘Yours Truly’. Our first show is the day we arrive there. We have to go to the venue a couple hours before the performance to have a mic check and everything. I’m so excited to hear your voice.” Ari said excited.
“Ari, I’m beyond excited.”
“Oh yeah! And the place we’re performing at is the Nokia Theater in L.A. It’s a famous venue, and I’ve performed there before for my last tour, ‘The Listening Sessions’. I can’t wait to be up on stage with you to meet all my loves. I love seeing their beautiful faces and hearing their cute voices.” Said Ariana all smiley.
It went on like that for a couple hours and then we ate some airplane food. Ariana had a special vegan meal, since she was vegan. She had some quinoa, salad, and tofu. It actually looked delicious. She asked me if I wanted to try and I did.
“It’s so good!” I said eating a bit of her meal.
“I told you. It’s not that hard being a vegan. I can’t stand having the thought I was eating something that was alive and had a heart beat before. I support each people, and their way of eating, but it’s just me. I feel happier and healthier vegan.” She said with a proud smile.
Then, we talked some more and decided to watch some campy, old movies. After that, we all fell asleep in our comfortable, first class beds.

After Grandpa Grande's passing, I felt that the whole Arianator family needed some time to send prayers and love to one of the strongest man to be alive, Frank Grande. We had to make sure Ariana, Joan, Nonna, and the rest of the Grandes' were all okay since Frankie wasn't there to help them be strong. Frankie being at Big Brother was really hard for the family, and also very hard for Frankie himself. I was very glad that Big Brother had told him the news of his Grandfather's passing, and that they gave him time to give a eulogy to his grandpa. It was all very startling, and we all needed some time to dedicate to one brave soul. I will now be updating more frequently and please send some love and prayers to the Grande Family.
