Dee Dee's POV

~March 1st~

One hour and 42 minutes. Not bad. Actually, It's good enough for walking to school from Richmond District. Walking to school has a few advantages. First, you can enjoy beautiful views of nature, amazing parks, playgrounds... And, It keeps you fit. Of course, sometimes you need to sacrifice your scratched foot, but It's worth it. Still, I am sure that people could make it better. First, finish your cigarette before you throw it on the ground, second, what happened to recycling? Or at least, trashcans?! Broken bottles and glass on the rode are not friends of our soft little foots. Okay, I am one of the rare people that actually goes barefoot to school, but I am sure that everyone will agree that If we did what should be done with junk, world would be a better place. I mean, Mother Earth gave us our lives, and we thank her by destroying her?!

That's why I decided to work on this project. „Save our park". Well, project's name is not finished yet, but idea is great. It's really sad. People from the town don't even know the name of the park, but they still throw there anything and everything. I'll save that park. I know I will. With a little help of my friends from commune. They've already signed petition. They know what is good, they fight for mother earth! But, I am not so sure If that would be enough. Every signature is needed. That's why I am heading to school with bunch of papers in my hands. In my usual combination of clothes - long maroon skirt, one shoulder shirt in orange color, bunch of bracelets and wooden necklace. And of course no shoes! As I walked in school almost everyone was already there. Even that Blondie, Aldrin was getting out of her Limousine. Maybe I could recommend her to give some of her money to humanitarians, to help our society, instead of using it to buy her expensive clothes. Expensive, but not even pretty. And what's with Marie who's following her literally everywhere? Is that girl blind or is she stupid? Or both? Yeah, probably that. I stopped before school to pin some more of "nature support" stickers on the door. Maybe that's why I am not pricible's favorite, but this is much better than some adverts for dance groups. "If you want to be healthy and beautiful...". Then eat healthy, run or something, don't wear mini dresses and dance with Miley Cyrus songs in background.
