The Silver Fury

Chapter 3

Astrids pov

Another raid she hoped raven could get a dragon this time and get some sort of title as she was running to a deadly nadder she heard someone yell silver fury. She looked up and saw raven aiming at a gronckle the silver fury was going right towards her she started running towards her and yelled raven but she was to late she slowly stopped running everyone had looked up to see her in the silver furys claws. That beast I yelled and tried to throw her axe at it but missed. It was to high I fell to my knees a single tear falling from my face.

Ravens pov

 I opened my eyes I was in a cave. Where am I I wondered then I remembered I was taken by a silver fury I immediately stood up and grabbed my axe and stealthily walked out of the cave I saw the silver fury at a pond drinking water. Now was my chance I thought I was about to raise my axe but I never did the beast seemed so peaceful when it wasn't fighting it looked almost dosile I shook my head what was I thinking this beast had killed tens of thousands of people I was not going to miss a chance to kill it. He or she whetever it was looked up and saw me it didn't run towards me it just walked the other way and laid down. what was it doing it had a perfect chance to kill me but it didn't I tried to walk towards it. I realized that it was a girl but she started growling she was looking at my axe I ran back to the cave and put it down and walked back up to her she didn't move. maybe these dragons weren't what we think they are I sat down next to her and looked out on the water and saw a fish she apparently did to because she looked at it but didn't try to get it. I walked stealthily into the water and quickly grabbed it. she was up now. I threw it she ate it quickly. I decided to give her a name what about silver storm I said aloud she looked at me her eyes seemed bright and happy silverstorm it is I said. I scooted towards it she didn't move I was about to touch her snout but she moved. I stood up and walked away. I sat on a rock drawing. silverstorm came to look at it but left a few minutes later I heard tree rustling and a crack sound I looked over to see her drawing in the dirt once she had stooped I walked over top of it to see it but she growled at me I stepped off she stopped growling I had got this quickly noticing how she was in the middle my mind clicked this was like a trust thing I quickly made my way over to her then I stretched out my hand and looked away. I felt a scaly warm nose against my hand I looked at her she opened her eyes judged me a little bit then ran off to the cave she grabbed my axe and took it out and placed it down she then went back in to the cave and came out with a few fish in a leaf she came out with a few more things these where all provisions. I think she wanted to run away with me I realized we where still on berk I told her to stay. I ran back to my house grabbed a few more pairs of clothes,leather, food, two baskets, and a cloak then I took it back to where we were and there Silverstorm was I put everything in one basket then went back to berk to the forge no one was there I quickly made a saddle out of leather then took it back to silverstorm and put it on her I had no second thoughts.

Woo hoo raven yelled they had left about an hour ago it took about thirty minutes to learn and pretty Much master riding a dragon but then they started learning tricks and raven decided to use words and hand signals to tell her to do certain things like evasive maneouvers and plasma blast . They flew for another hour before spoting land it looked perfect when she landed there was a deadly nadder it quickly ran off. raven was not going to follow it but Silverstorm quickly bounded after the dragon, raven followed pursuit. After about fifteen minutes of jogging she saw a huge natural cave that had a few separate entrances the madder went in raven thought that this was were they should live she walked to find multiple holes in the ceiling which provided natural light perfect she thought. She called Silverstorm over and fly her around with her not much later they saw a man that was slightly skinny walked in with a nightfury  she tried to blend in with the large mass of dragons but she was spotted the man got on top of the nightfury raven New if he got any closer she would have to make a run for it. She suddenly put on a burst of speed and flew to the exit she could her the man talking come on he said we can't let her get away. he signed and said he didn't want to do this but he had to. Get ready to catch her he said to the dragon. Ugh raven said as they where suddenly wrapped in a net and falling to the water below.

Authors note yet guys sorry it took so long I was really busy and school started and I could not get on my account but I hope you enjoyed this p.s. I know that the training was a lot like how to train your Dragon and it went by quickly but I could not think of anything else. The story is starting up pretty quick and I know it was a very short chapter so I am super sorry I will make the next one better.
