Y/N and Alex have know each other since 3rd grade and have been best friends ever since. My mom and my dad both got a divorce and I moved to Nevada and met him at school. Now were 16 and rn (when the story starts) were watching a movie on the couch at Alex's house.

Y/N: *I turn over to face Alex, he was on his phone* Do you not like the movie?

Alex: No i do i just got a text

Y/N: from who? a girl? *i nudged him playfully*

Alex: Na

Y/N: Are you okay ? you seem off. *I sat up, paused the movie and crossed my legs*

Alex's POV

The text was from Carlos our friend, he invited me to a party tonight but Y/N wanted to stay in tonight.

Alex: Im good, the text was from Carlos.

Y/N : oh

Alex: Im hungry as shit do you want something?

Y/N: Im kinda craving-

Alex: In-N-Out?

Y/N: How did you know? *i giggled*

Alex: Its your favorite duh

Y/N: *laughs* actually there probably closed its like 10pm *i looked at my phone*

Alex: crap maybe I'll order Dominoes

Y/N: sounds good lets get a pepperoni pizza

Alex: Okay ill call right now *he dials the number*

Y/N: im gonna change into something more comfortable, mind if i borrow a hoodie?

Alex: sure there in my closet

Y/N: *i walk up the stairs and into Alex's room. I change into some Nike pros and a sports bra and i grab a blue hoodie from his closet*

Y/N: *i walk back down stairs and sit next to Alex on the couch*

She looks rlly cute in my hoodie and damn that ass...

Alex: Im rlly hot

Y/N: wHAt? * my eyes widen*

Alex: Im sweating duh *he starting laughing so hard*

At first i thought he was talking abt himself i was gonna say phewwwww cuz he is hot... STOPP hes your best friend no feelings that would ruin it :(. His laugh is so cute...

Alex: *He took off his shirt and started up the movie*

I started blushing and then i pretended i was scared from the movie and hid my face in the hoodie

Alex: Aw are you scared *he laughed*

Y/N: *i lightly hit his shoulder* Stop *i laughed*

Alex: dont worry ill keep you safe

those words. "ill keep you safe" i couldnt stop thinking about that.
He put his arm around my shoulder and i layed my head on his shoulder
The warmth made me feel safe and my heart was beating so fast i thought it was going to explode hehehe

Movie : JUMPSCARE BAHAHAAH

Y/N: *i jumped*
