I sighed as I set down, yet, another flower onto the grave of my best friend.

I traced my fingers over the letters that spelled out 'Naomi Taylor'.

I sniffed as vivid memories filled my mind.

I stared at the rose that reminded me of her.

Delicate to the touch; but also fierce.

She was beautiful inside and out, but she wasn't afraid to stand up for what was right.

She was strong, but not strong enough.

Her picture was beautiful, the few flaws being her insecurities and inner demons.

I stood, tearing up.

I looked down at her grave, tears rolling down my face.

"I'm sorry that was how your story had to end." I whispered, breaking out in a sob as I made my way back to my car.

I slammed the door shut, crying harder as I pulled out of the cemetery.

I wiped my tears away with my sleeve as I entered the coffee shop, bumping into someone, causing them to spill their coffee onto their shirt.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" I sniffed.

His face softened when he saw my red eyes. "Hey, don't worry about it. I was going home, anyways."

I sighed. "Would you like me to buy you a new one? I will definitely worry about it."

He shook his head. "Really, it's not big deal."

I shook my head, too. "Tell me your order."

He sighed, knowing there was no way around this. "I just got a normal coffee."

I nodded, walking into the line. "What was your name?"

"Grayson,"

"I'm Morgan." I said, softly smiling at him.

"It's nice to meet you, Morgan."

"It's nice to meet you too, Grayson."

It was my turn to order, and I told her my order and Grayson's.

I handed her a ten and a five, and she handed me what I ordered.

I have Grayson his coffee, and he accepted it. "Thank you."

"Your welcome, Grayson. Have a nice day."
