Pamonha Corn
Ingredients

7 ears of green corn
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons milkMethod of preparation

Peel the ears of corn and set aside the straws.
Drain the corn and place the grains with the rest of the ingredients in the blender and mix well.
Put some of the dough in a corncob and make bundles by tying the tip with a string.
Take a large pot with plenty of water to boil over medium heat.
Put the corn buns in the pot of boiling water and cook for about 1 hour or until they are firm.
Drain the water and arrange the pamonhas on a platter and serve hot.
