Next day Manik called Nandini at beach side. Manik was already there waiting for Nandini. Nandini came there after a while.

She stood in front of Manik and asked,
"What happened? You called me suddenly..."

"Woh.... Wo...woh.. I was asking hw.. how is your preparation going on? Everything is alright?" Manik asked nervously.

"Everything is good. Day after tomorrow is Mehendi then.. yes my everything is set." Nandini replied.

M: Good. Then how is your health I mean how are you?

N: I am good. My health is perfect.

M: How is your family members? Are everyone fine in your family?

N: yes, everyone in my family is good.

M: Okay. Then today.. today.. no not today.

N: (being irritated with his stammering) Manik, what happened to you? Why are you stammering?

M: I am sta.. stam... stammering? When?

N: Here you said the word stammering there also you stammered. See you are a straight forward boy. You say whatever is there in your mind that too on face. So, don't beat around the bush and come to the point.

M: Okay. I love you.

Nandini stopped at her place. Her breath hitched in her throught. Then coming back to het senses she started laughing.

N: (still laughing) Jokes right?

M: No..

N: what did you say?

M: I said I love you. You asked me to say straight forwardly.

N: Leave all this. I think you are hungry that's why you are saying nonsense. I am sending some foods for you, eat them we will talk later.

Saying this Nandini was about to leave but Manik hold her hand and pulled her closure. He went close to her ears and whispered "I love you."

Hearing Manik again saying his feelings Nandini started blushing and ran away from there after freeing herself from Manik's grip.

All the time there was a smile playing on her face and Manik was just staring at her. Manik was still standing there watching her vanishing figure.

Manik's pov
At last I told her I love you.

On the left side of human chest the organ called heart is much more mysterious than I thought. I did not even get to know when my stone turned into heart of living people.

Now I know the value of someone's emotion.

But what did she do? She left without giving me the answer.

But when I was telling her about my feelings that time I was able to see the reply in her eyes. I won't leave her I will hear the answer from her mouth only.

That's why now I am standing in front of her house.

Manik was standing in front of Nandini's house with a flower bouquet in his hand. He was looking handsome as always.

But before pressing the bell he fixed his hairs one more time. Then he pressed the bell and a baby girl of may be 5 or 6 years opened the door. She was really cute. Manik went all aww seeing her. She was also looking at him from top to bottom.

M: Hello, cutiepie..

But the girl didn't reply. Then Manik again asked,

"What's your name?"

Then also she didn't reply. So, Manik asked her,

"Nandini ghar pei hein?"

This time the girl nodded.

M: Can I meet her? Will you call her?

The girl again nodded at Manik and shouted from there only,

"Mumma, Mumma..."

Hearing the word Mumma from the baby Manik stood their shocked. He was expecting it not to be Nandini.
