Chapter 7 (Back home)

-This chapter is in the point of view (POV) of Sammy Kim-

The last thing I remember was Alissa's panicked eyes looking at me before she and the Titans vanished into thin air. My eyes welled up with tears, I couldn't believe she was gone. Everyone around me turned silent as they were still trying to compute what on earth has just happened. I rushed my hand through my hair, trying to calm myself down. Someone then started to pat my back, when I looked it was Jess. 

"Don't worry so much, we know Alissa and she'll be back sooner than we know," she said making me smile. Soon the police arrived to escort us out of the building, some of us including me were rushed to the hospital, I shared a room with Jess and Mrs Chemny, Chemny was sound asleep, whilst I and Jess chatted away. "Remember that time Alissa literally vanished and we found her in the same spot twenty minutes later," Jess said making us both laugh, remember Alissa antics. I was staring at the roof, trying to remember her as best I could. I remembered her smile and how her hair practically danced in the wind, and her beautiful, beautiful eyes. I was always drawn to her eyes. "Hey, Casanova!" Jess shouted making me jump a mile, I looked over the see her smirking away. "Stop daydreaming about your girlfriend, she'll be back soon," I blushed. 

"She's not my girlfriend and you of all people should know," 

"And I of all people know your gigantic crush you have on her, what's it been ten years now," Jess said and I practically pulled the covers over my head, the hide my glowing red face from her and the world. 

SECRET TWO: Sammy has a BIG crush on Alissa

I've liked Alissa since we were kids, and I guess I knew about her Titan abilities since then, she was just too clueless to realise. I'll never forget the day I fell for her, and I mean literally fell for her. I was around seven to eight years old and I was already friends with Alissa at this time, I fell from the monkey-bars and grazed my knee, I was crying like a baby and the next thing I knew Alissa was by my said like a flash of light, she was blowing on my wound, which would make anyone blush, it also tickled at the time, I remember her placing her hand on my knee and when she lifted it, it was as if I never hurt myself, but what sold me was her beautiful, glistening eyes as she smiled sweetly at me, I saw the kindness in her heart that day, and I was forever hooked. I pulled the covers off my face, too see Jess standing at my bedside. 

"So Casanova, when you see her again, you gonna ask?" 

"Ask what?" 

"You know, relationship, boyfriend and girlfriend, that kinda gist," she said with puppy dog eyes. 

"I think when I see her I would hug her and ask how she is" 

"And then???" Jess asked in anticipation.

"I guess it has been ten years now," I said blushing to myself, maybe it is time to confess, but not now, all I want to know is if she's safe and not hurt.
